Good choice of merchandise and great customer service. Altho I was just browsing this particular time, I was greeted by every employee I ran across and asked if they could help me find something. It was refreshing and I will be back for serious shopping.

I was visiting Alexandria and wanted to find a blouse for a funeral. When I entered the store two of the associates were talking to each other. The one associate greeted me with a hi and continued to talk to her colleague. I was never asked if I needed any help or told about the current sales. Very inattentive. I found the shirt I was looking for on my own. At one point three of the associates were conversing with each other. Not a good experience. Unfortunately, I have had similar experiences at this store on other occasions.
