Horrible warranty integrity.
I purchased a brand new mulcher, and it blew hydraulic lines within three days. A month later, there was no resolution and only lip service by the so-called guru. I bought many attachments through them, and I get this kind of warranty support.
Stay from anything expensive or have lots of moving parts with hydraulics. They do not stand by their word and will pass the buck with excuses infinitely. They will take your money, though.

I am a first time caller, Called Skid pro for a top cat mulcher, spoke to tanner in parts he went the extra mile to help me find someone who could help me with this, I last spoke to him on a Friday about it he called me 5 days later asking if I had any luck finding parts, I have never had such great communication and pride in a parts salesmen. For any parts or attachments I will be definitely contacting tanner and skid pro attachments!

I have purchased several attachments from Skid Pro. I purchased an industrial brush cutter, tree puller, industrial rock grapple, skeleton grapple, and a commercial snow blower. My next purchase is the SP 900 mulching head. All of my Skid Pro equipment is high quality and has met my high level of expectations.
What I truly find outstanding is there was a miscommunication with a purchase…..Skid Pro fully rectified the issue to surpass my expectations. What company does this nowadays? I will tell you what company…Skid Pro!

I recently purchased an extra heavy duty rock bucket with grapple stump bucket with grapple and a Rototiller attachment. I am extremely happy with all three products and will definitely be dealing more with skid pro attachments. I’ve been talking to Erik Larum and I can’t say enough about him and his professionalism and all his knowledge. Hopefully, I can afford to continue buying products from skid pro to make my life and my family‘s life easier. Thanks again, Erik!

We’ve bought a couple attachments from Skid pro. SP900 Mulcher and the Grapple bucket. They have been great at helping us after the sale if we needed anything. Erik has been great at communicating and we appreciate that!!!

I purchased a rototiller attachment and when I received it it was damaged. Before I signed for it I called my sales guy and he said sign for it and they will take care of me. Well I have been getting the run around for 6 months now and I have not received any compensation or any help from them at skid pro. All I have heard is we are a small fish and the shipping company doesn’t care about them. It is obvious they don’t care about the customer. I don’t recommend them at all and I am extremely disappointed in this company.

I purchased a tractor grapple last fall from an east coast company that went bankrupt just prior to my order being delivered. The considerable time I spent researching capable grapples was in vain and I was now back to square one. A fortuitous conversation with my neighbor resulted in his suggesting Skid Pro. He owns one of their grapples for his skid steer and is very happy with the performance and ruggedness its provided. I then put a call into Skid Pro and spoke with guru Jeremy J. He spent considerable time discussing options and answering questions on which model would work best with my tractor. After choosing their lighter-weight 72” Skeleton Grapple it shipped the next day and traveled 1500 miles arriving only five days later. The grapple came beautifully crated and well-protected. Upon un-crating it was immediately evident that this grapple is exceptionally designed, fabricated, and finished. It fits my tractor perfectly (Kubota M7040) and weighs only 750-lbs which gives me nearly 2K of loader capacity. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Skid Pro is steps above all the other manufacturers I researched. They have an intuitive and easy-to-navigate website, friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and a very impressive line of quality implements. Not only did I end up with a superior grapple but I saved $500 compared to what I was going to buy. The next implement I need I’ll go Skid Pro!

Owned the industrial mower for about a year. Happy with the mower until we received a bad batch of blades that must’ve been over heat treated in the manufacturing process. Broke 3 out of the 4 new blades in less than 2 days. Called to talk with them about the issues an they wouldn’t stand behind the quality. Reinstalled old blades until we had a local manufacturer make us a few sets for 1/3 the price. We own multiple skid pro attachments and will be spending money elsewhere next time we purchase new attachments. Customer service needs to number one. The guy had his mind made up that it wasn’t their fault all the new blades broke before I even explained the conditions.

Very pleased with this company. They took the time to answer all of my questions and do research with what I needed. I tried to do business with another company, but they refused. Skid pro was fantastic and I'll definitely do business with them again in the future!
