Jada is amazing and I will always recommend T-Mobile to any and every one. This T-Mobile store is the only one I will go to. The customer service I get when I go here is amazing. They really treat you like friends and family. Also my kids love playing with the very friendly dog.

O.M.G. The most HELPFUL and friendly staff ever. I have been a Tmobile customer for years and usually call the service center, but now that I know there are awesome people who are knowledgeable about all products, I absolutely recommend stopping by the store.

If you are a T Mobile customer please go to this location! They are super helpful and do not go out of their way to trick you into buying things and or secretly adding things to your account without you knowing!We had gone to the one down town and instead of being honest about things they told us what we wanted to hear and got us to get things that weren’t actually what they claimed it would be.Went to this location next to King Tobacco and they took great care of us!We will only be going here from now on!10/10 recommend

Jack at T-Mobile is great. He took the time to give me details about the phone plans available. He is very knowledgeable, and great to work with. Highly recommend this store and T-mobile. We switched from Verizon and are very happy we did.

Cody at T- mobile hwy-29 Alexandria did and amazing job of explaining everything we needed to know about changing cell carriers and going with T-mobile internet. He was personable, funny and helped us save half what we were paying on our cell and internet bill. Highly recommend.~ Kayla

OMG BEST T-MOBILE STORE EVER!!! JACOB, JACK AND CODY WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND SOOOOO SWEET THE THREE OF THEM. I WONT FORGET TO MENTION THE GIRL THAT WAS THERE ALSO AMAZING. I WENT TO GET MY TWO IPHONES 14 PRO MAX THAT CODY NICELY HOLD THEM FOR ME. AND WHEN I GOT THERE JUST NICE SMILING FACES RECEIVED ME. SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THEY WERE ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS RIGHT AWAY AND THEIR HELP WAS JUST WONDERFUL. I AM VERY GLAD I WENT THERE. Needed to unlink my wife's phone from mine as they were getting each other's information. Recently became a t-mobile customer and was hoping they could get phones straightened out. Jack at this store went above and beyond my expectations and got phones correctly synced and I can not thank him enough for the great job he did. T-mobile forever!!!! Thanks again Jack

The Alexandria location is the best. They will help with everything. The best tmobile/sprint customer service I've ever had! Christine checked everything on my phone to make sure everything would move over correctly.
