“Dr. Castello is excellent with my dogs. I like to be in the room when my dogs are examined, get shots, ect... you can do that there. She takes time and answers questions
When a vet doesn't allow you in the room, I am leary as to why. I am old school and like old school vets that are transparent with their care.
She also offers a drop off service which comes in handy.
The only is con would be emergency care is driving to Red River Valley vet.”
“Vet Clinic filled with people who care. Can really tell they enjoy animals, taking care of them, and making sure clients are also satisfied. Atmosphere was happy and fun as soon as you walk in with decorations/vibes and friendly staff. Will definitely continue to visit this clinic for all of my pets needs and vacation/weekend shelters.”
