“Genuinely like the store. Coleen and her team are very polite and helpful. Aside from a couple employees that instantly "mean mug" you the moment you enter the store. And make you uncomfortable. Those employees are also not very friendly or helpful in helping you find something rather than following you around the store making you feel like a criminal. Although I usually do go later in the evening. So I guess it's understandable. Had not been for those issues. I would've given 5 stars.”

“I ordered a package from a company who completely got my address wrong and sent it to the Saint Charles post office. I’m a 7 hour car ride, round trip, away from Saint Charles so driving there wasn’t an option.
The company wasn’t being helpful… so, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try and see if the post office could help me. I spoke with Nathan on the phone and he was so kind, and helpful! My package is on its way to me now. I’m so appreciative of his help!”
