Good doctors but keep messing up what days I want my appointments to be scheduled! Very frustrating and inconvenient! This is the 2nd time they messed up our scheduling! I don't understand how it's so hard to schedule on the correct date! I had Scheduled an appointment originally for Feb 16th, I received an email saying it was for Feb 14th. I called confused and said this has to be a mistake unfortunately they weren’t able to fix it to the 16th the date I originally requested a month advanced so they moved it to a farther date. After my dog's surgery never coming back here again!

I love the staff, the facility and even the clients are amazing. My dog and I feel safe when coming for the appointment. They have very knowledgeable medical and administrative staff. From the time I set up my appointment to the present, I feel that not only my pets health is taken care of, they make sure I know up front the costs and what, if anything, will be needed going forward. My elderly dog is on prescription dog food and was VERY expensive. This clinic has not only provided a cost break, but I now also get it delivered to my home. This place is amazing!!!

Genuinely cannot thank this place enough. Have taken my cat here for 6 years. They are quick, honest and caring . Thank you to the gal who trimmed my Cats nails tonight. It's worth every dollar even if it takes a few minutes. My cat is bo :)

Been going here for years and no issues until my last visit. No call for approval to pull teeth, so make sure you are clear you want a call. Checking the box didn’t work on pre-op form. I would not have approved removing 4 tiny wobbly teeth for removal with my senior dog. When I got the call 6 teeth removed I was in shock. The worst part is the surgical tech argued with me about it. Not as friendly as they used to be and high $. Just make sure you over communicate what you want with your pet.

So far so good at this place, friendly staff. My bigger dog is a handful when it comes to his nails, and they do good with him. Our new little puppy has been in there care as well ?

I've taken my dogs here for years. Due to the advocacy for a new cancer drug for my dog Pepper, we were able to spend 8 additional months with her before she passed away. The vet's and assistants are so kind hearted. They unexpectedly sent a card to our home after she passed away, filled with many "thinking of you"'s. It was a very moving gesture, and I'm very thankful for all they've done.

Amazing experience there today. My dog had a bit of a medical emergency, my friend recommended them. They got me in quick. The vet and tech were amazing, and it was reasonably priced!

If you want your dog to die and still get hit with a $2000 bill then definitely go here... 3 different doctors and none of them knew what to look for. Just kept telling me to get this test and that test all while the bill gets higher and higher with NO ANAWERS... then all of a sudden without warning my dog died... you think they care? Nope, just money hungry morons that play off your emotions.

A couple years ago I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately care for animals has gone down and their prices have gone up. I brought my dog in needing stitches for a somewhat large laceration on his leg. In total they put in 4 stitches for a 4 inch deep cut and charged me $750. I expressed my concern that 4 stitches would not hold, however they insisted it would be fine. They did not prescribe any calming medication and actually misprescribed his antibiotic. So the antibiotics wasn't doing anything and there was nothing to calm a 90lbs dog. About a day later I went back because his stitches were falling out and the rest were loose. Again, the doctor said he would be fine and said to keep an eye on it. They charged me $200. The next day all the stitches fell out and I had to bring him back again to get his would refreshed (cut it back open) and they finally put in 9 stitches which should have been done in the first place. They charged me $450 for that. After I expressed that I shouldn't be paying anything for the second set of stitches and asked to see if they would fix the stitches for free since they were wrong in so many ways. The doctor actually lied and put words in my mouth about things I never said and refused they cover any costs. I've brought three dogs here over many years and refuse to go back. Over $1200 for 9 stitches because the new doctor has no idea what they're doing and care more about money than animals. Go to Oak Grove Animal Hospital and save your wallet and actually get professional care.
