While I didn’t have my car inspected or repaired by Journey, my experience with them was great. I stopped my car (VW GTI MK6) there overnight due to significant complications with the DSG transmission. In the morning they called me and helped me decide how to move forward, which was with a specialty shop regardless of their ability to inspect and repair drivetrains and transmissions. Initially they gave me the option of inspection, but then informed me that the cost could be significant due to the special tools and parts required for them to inspect and/or repair a European car. Many shops would take advantage of a costumer who has a large mechanical complication or a more complicated vehicle repair, but they were forward and honesty about the potential cost and their mechanical expertise. That takes integrity and is a great thing to see in mechanics. I would suggest them if you need help mechanically, regardless of using them during this experience.

I needed a last-minute oil change and had a coupon for Journey auto, so I decided to give it a try, they got me in right away, Service was prompt and courteous and price was great!

We have had multiple great experiences with the folks at Journey Auto Repair. They have helped us to maintain two older vehicles at a fraction of the cost of a dealership. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and offer very reasonable prices. They have a no-cost loaner car service if needed. They are great with communication and can take appointments online or over the phone. We won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have taken my car Journey Auto Repair. They gave me an honest assessment of my car’s current needs and were not just trying to garner more business. As a female This is a significant experience as I have had other encounters with Auto Repair companies who have been patronizing - treating me as if I am entirely clueless and can scare me into spending money, for work that is not currently necessary.
My experience at Journey has been friendly and respectful and as I said, honest.
I just had my car in for an oil change - Willie is so pleasant to work with and though I forgot my coupon, he still gave me the discount.

Absolute joke of a repair shop. If you want your vehicle to slowly fall apart after you’ve had it serviced then come here. I’ve had nothing but problems after I’ve brought my vehicle to this “repair shop”. Things that can also magically be serviced by them as well. What a scam and a joke.

Honest curtious proffesional ,very clean shop and they don’t try and push you for more repairs than you really need. Timely and fair in their pricing, I will be going there again when I need more work done on my vehicles
