Awesome community center! I frequent the walking track and it is such a great addition.

My son played soccer through this location and after a terrible experience with a coach yelling and swearing at the kids during a game, we decided to pull our son from the program. I reached out to those in charge and I was told a refund would be possible due to the toxic environment that was occurring. Several weeks and several attempts to reach out have now gone unanswered without a refund. I’m so disappointed in the YMCA.

They don't even let kids get day passes to swim this place is ridiculous. Never coming here ever. I do not recommend for anybody. Staff is rude.

I was so excited to start swim lessons for my little one. We signed up as non-members in the winter but I was sure that by the last swim lesson we would join. We didn’t. It’s hard to understand why the front desk would be staffed with such an unfriendly staff. I worked at the front desk of a YMCA for years- I loved it and loved providing good customer service. They do not. One woman spoke down to me and my child so harshly that I wanted to cry- all for a misunderstanding about how you pay for a towel. A towel, which I 100% knew had a cost.Besides the unwelcoming staff that greets you every day, I was really thrown off by the family locker room. I understand that it’s technically labeled “family/individual” locker room, but besides the other parents and young children in the locker room there were always random men who were not there with children. Every time I went in the family locker room I saw yet another man walking around completely naked. I told my husband and he didn’t believe me. Then he came once and saw it for himself. If you want parents and children to feel uncomfortable that’s how to do it. The protective mama bear in me was furious, and although we could just go to the women’s locker room, I have a son and at some point the family locker room would be more appropriate anyways. I tried to clarify with the front desk that it’s a family changing room, and they showed me it’s labeled “family/individual.” Just such a horrible experience overall.

Only bad thing is the lack of daycare on Fridays and weekends. Everything else is great!

Great except they let children run around the fitness center messing around with equipment unsupervised and none of the employees do anything about it.

Very clean locker rooms and gym area. The facilities are very nice. Only gave three stars because I witnessed an interaction of a front desk worker, M. She speaks very disrespectfully to members and her fellow coworkers. Very sad to see due to my experience in customer service. That is NEVER okay. Not sure why she still works there with that attitude.

worst place to come and enjoy a play to play , restricting the limit of the open gymnasium to only 60 and to not let anyone else in . if it’s like that maybe you guys should just close or shut down the gym so no one can come in .

I like the kids leisure pool, there is a huge area that my 3 year old can walk in and it's not too deep. There are also two slides in the leisure area, one really small one and one that's medium sized. My 3 year old is getting more confidence (doesn't like going underwater but can handle getting face wet) and he can do the medium slide by himself. There are 2 large slides but we've never been here when it is open.I also love the Kids Stuff room. They have a huge room for the kids to play in, plus a playground outside they go to on nice days, PLUS an indoor 'playspace' playground. It's not huge but it is two stories and my kids often come out tired from running around and playing. There is a subway inside the community center closer to the hockey arena so that's a bonus if you want to stay for awhile!

Terrible place. Awful schedules, ridiculous rules and the staff here are extremely unprofessional, unorganized, rude and obviously have no communication with members let alone each other.

Very limited pool and swimming these days. Pool closed during lessons now. Reservations are not working. Many no shows and people not being able to come in because it appears full. Hard to justify an increase in membership cost recently with less benefits.

Great Place! Nice And Clean, I Would Rate 5 Stars But I Almost Got Stuck In The ThyssenKrupp Elevator #3 By The Info Desk And It's In The Ice Arena, I'm A Elevator Enthusiast Who Loves That Elevator, But It Has A Issue. I Would Recommend It Getting It Fixed.
