“I had a great experience today at the ham lake store (1/3/26). Was there about half hour ago to pick up some windshield washer fluid, coolant and wipers. I went to fill coolant and it was just spraying out of the radiator Reservoir hose that was almost in half. I went in the store and asked if they had the hose and Kyle replaced it. Thank you Kyle for your awesome customer service going above and beyond and replacing it. You rock! ?

“My go to place for needed fluids, they carry high mileage sea foam, and good quality and price on motor oil. Staff is personable and helpful. If you buy your wiper blades there they'll install them, something I greatly appreciate! They offer a discount for military/veterans. Strongly recommend!”

“Last year at the end of writing season, I took my battery out of my motorcycle, put it in the house with a battery tender on it. The spring when I put it back in my bike and try to start it it wouldn’t start. It sounded like the battery was almost dead so I checked it and it was fully charged I took the battery back into batteries plus and they put a load tester on it and found that the cranking amps were gone. Being the battery had a two-year warranty on it they gave me a brand new battery. I took the battery home, put it in my bike and it started right up! Yay! Thank you, batteries, plus!”
“I spend a lot of time and money maintaining three vehicles and the staff here have always been very nice, helpful, thoughtful, and have helped me find alternate less expensive solutions for certain repairs. They also don't give me crap or look at me like I have three heads when they find out that I'm a girl who works on cars. If they don't have what I need, I can usually either buy it in store and go pick it up at the distribution center or they'll find it for me at another store.”
“Went in and hot some air fresheners. And to see why my service why the ESC was dinging in my van. The scanner apparently doesnt work for electric faults and only the check engine light. Does anyone know a shop who does have the tool to run a diagnostic scan that can read off which sensor is faulty. Or if it just needs a hard reset for the auxillary battery i just changed. It completely died before i changed it so maybe it needs a kick; JN je boot to run properly.”

They used there diagnostic code reader to help identify the cause of my warning indicator and had the part in stock. I was able to find out what i needed, aquire it, and be on my way to fix the issue in no-time at all. I really appreciated the help when I needed it fast and, best of all, without a hefty shop bill.”
