Have taken my Mazda there as needed for oil changes and minor repairs. They always do a nice job in explaining issues and prices are competitive.

I've used Beck's Auto for several years. From trailer hitch installation, oil change, headlight replacement, and brake service. All work was done professionally and on time. Costs are reasonably priced. I'll keep going back for any maintenance or repair needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my 2004 Honda Civic in because the front end was making a creaking and snapping sound. I wanted ball joints, sway bar, tie rods to be inspected to make sure the vehicle was "safe". It was recommended to me to replace sway bar "links" and rear lower control arms because that was the source of the noise. Becks replaced the lower control arms with part number CA2338, upon looking it up online it sells for $271.99 at AutoZone and a similar compatible one at NAPA sells for $268. , Becks sold the same part to me for $381.30 for one and $762.60 for the pair(not including labor, or sales tax). Becks also had to purchase a special socket and charged me $44.05 for the tool and kept it. I called Becks and said that if I paid $44.05 for the socket it should be mine, since I bought it, and they agreed to give the socket to me. Now 3 days after picking up the car from Becks I can still hear the "snapping" noise in the front end, even after paying them $1,197.06 to fix it. Time to find a honest shop...Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Great service. Friendly spot. Probably a touch higher priced than some basic places, but great service.

These guys are the best, and I will definitely use them again. They found I had the wrong part in when I scheduled it for an alignment and directed me to the correct part, and of course offered to do the alignment when corrected. I only wish the auto parts supplier was as attentive to my needs as Scott and his great team. I couldn't be happier I found them!

I had tires installed on 4/22/23 @ 3:30pm, the tires were on an I was out the door about 4:10pm, I was absolutely floored and how quickly Becks attended to my car and my appointment. How I do understand that this is not always the case for everyone, I'm was very grateful to fit into one of these moments! The staff was very friendly, attentive and informative, had a few questions answered on the fly and a quote for brakes done, as well as some idle chit chat with the owner on the way out the door. Great place to do business with, thanks again!

I've brought my vehicle to Beck's auto several times over the last year and have always had excellent service. From routine oil changes, patching a tire, and fixing a motor oil leak, service has been reliable, timely, friendly, and honest. When they made a (super minor) clerical error in their computer system, they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. I will definitely be bringing my car here again! Edit: Forgot to mention that Beck's was significantly cheaper than the dealer for an oil change.

very rude. ray and the old man at the front desk. very snarky and will make you feel little. the first older man that helped us was very low tempered and after not even 5 minutes of us talking to him he said he doesn’t have the time for use as we were just asking questions he walked out and walked into the room behind him where we could see him sitting at a computer. just sitting. i genuinely feel like it’s not hard to treat a customer with good service and answers questions instead of getting mad easily and walking out. very disappointed in how we were treated and talked to
