Cannot speak highly enough of their customer service and their genuine care for your vehicle. Got my oil changed and Bill was concerned with my oil consumption. Told me to stop by around 1,700 miles to have it checked, don't worry about making an appointment. Man of his word, I stopped by unannounced, they took the time out to check my oil and add a quart at no charge. A+ service! Thank you!

They are very friendly and knowledgeable about all types of cars. We have always felt very informed throughout any work that they have done, either by a text or a phone call. 100% recommended choosing Christian Brothers Automotive for any of your vehicles maintenance or fixing needs!

Terrible experience. Brought my vehicle in for diagnostics. Shop charged me a 150$ diagnostic fee then proceeded to charge me another 1.5 hours of labor at 260$ to remove transmission pan and reinstall. I declined their 8000$ repair quote. I Brought vehicle home and found no fluid in transmission! So I removed and reinstalled the transmission pan myself in only 15 minutes. This Shop charged me an additional 90 minutes of labor for a 15 minute job. Shame on them. I’m sure they are doing this to every customer who isn’t as mechanically inclined to know different like myself. No wonder I don’t trust and hate bringing my vehicle into repair shops.

Everyone was kind and professional. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and stuck to their estimate of final costs. Issues were taken care of completely. They have definitely gained a repeat customer, the next time I need automotive service.

I'm so thankful we went here. We were quoted a much higher rate elsewhere. The staff was friendly & kept us updated throughout the process. They replaced our transmission & more very quickly. I highly recommend going here.

Interactions with staff was pleasant but don’t be fooled.I took my Honda CR-V in for a check up for $43 and was told my rack and pinion needed to be replaced for $1.7k along with a video showing something dripping from the part. It was a misleading video since if you follow the flow of where the leak was originally coming from, you could clearly see the drip starting from the power steering line, which they did not show in the video to try to make me believe that I needed to pay the $1.7k. Conveniently, they also recommended my power steering line needed to be replaced for an additional $600. So they clearly knew it was coming from which part. There was also a list of other recommendations all totaling up to $3.5k.Luckily I felt something was off since it is not common for a rack and pinion to be leaking, let alone in a reliable car like Honda. I went to an honest mechanic the same day who checked out my car free of charge and verified that only the power steering line needed to be replaced, for $300. They also verified that half the things on the list was not needed for my car. There is no more leaking once they replaced the line. It’s disappointing that Christian Brothers Automotive tried to trick me into unnecessarily replacing an expensive part.Maybe it’s because I’m a girl that they tried to pull this but my recommendation is to either get a second opinion or go somewhere else altogether.

Alex was amazing especially! He wiggled things around and fit me in the schedule when originally he didn't think there was any! They got my Jeep done a lot sooner than I had expected, gave me thorough information on the inspection, and I did not feel pressured to have any further Services done at the time! 10 out of 10 would recommend! And they offered to give me a ride to work and come pick me up when my car was ready! That's just freaking cool

Something I noticed as I read reviews is most of the 5 stars are oil change reviews and not repairs.I bought a 04 Honda element last year with 291,000. I thought it would be a good idea to have the car checked out by a mechanic, so I used christian brothers. The inspection came back that the car needs ball joints, the rear shocks are original, and there's a slight oil leak. (Keep this inspection in mind)I was charged their inspection fee.I later brought it back to have the oil leak inspected. They added an additive to my oil, and hosed down my motor with cleaning solution. I was sent home with the car and told to drive it 300 miles, and bring it back. I drove it one mile, and the CEL light came on. I called CB, and explained, they're responded with "couldn't have been what we did". I felt the damage may have been caused by spraying the motor with powerful cleaning solution, but I couldn't prove it was, they provided no proof it wasnt. The VTEC solenoid went out. I replaced it myself, as well as both screens and and it also solved the oil leak issue.I did the rear shocks, as well as the ball joints. In the process of doing those 2 things noticed 3 of my 4 CV axles boots had tears in them (should have been notated during the vehicle inspection) so I changed them, as well as my tie rod ends and sway bar links as well as rear upper control arms. I also added a 3 inch lift, and knew it would need an alignment. I put new tires on it, and brought it in for an all 4 tire alignment.Bill inspected it, and said before he could do a proper alignment, it would need new front lower control arms. I was not charged. I picked it up, brought it home, and replaced the control arms, and brought it back.I received a text that my vehicle was aligned to the best of it's ability.I was charged $260 and told a proper alignment couldn't be done due to some of the adjustment bolts being froze into the bushings, and the car would have to go on a frame rack to get a proper alignment. I was charged $260 anyways, and sent home with a car that sudders, shakes, and doesn't even drive straight.I was advised not to drive on dry pavement ? This was the advise from the same guy that told me "the Chinese make great products, cause they don't want to go home from work making a bad product, and bring shame to their village" (I should have left right then)Maybe I should have been told all that at the "alignment inspection" like I should have been informed of the cv boots, and the fact that my rear trailing arm mount has rusted apart making all the work I've done completely pointless considering the car is deemed unfixable should have been discovered at the "vehicle inspection" That was a HUGE inspection miss that cost me a lot. The owner Paul is a very likable guy. He reached out to me for the CEL issue I had, and wanted to make it right, but I had already fixed the situation, and there were no other offers after that. I like the communication and photos and inside this place has to offer, but I have no confidence left with their mechanics. I will not be returning here again.

I will NEVER bring a vehicle here again. I brought my 2016 Silverado in with a CE code P0711 and P0700. I have a scanner and knew it means the transmission temp sensor is likely bad and the trans fluid pan will need to be dropped to replace the harness that has the temp sensor. They then charged me $200 for diag to tell me exactly what I told them, no new info. They ONLY plugged in their scanner to verify the codes. They did an inspection as well but that was not asked for. They then told me it would be an additional $400 to actually drop the pan and verify. They then said, once they verify, at best, it would be $1400 to $1600. NONE of this makes sense. There is no way it could take more than 2 or 3 hours and the parts and trans fluid shouldn't cost more than $200. I know this because I will do the job myself and have already bought the parts, I spent $150. I get charging more for the parts but with parts and labor it shouldn't cost more than $600. Maybe a little more, up to MAYBE $800 on the very high end for unexpected issues but nowhere near $1400 to $1600. They are either not knowledgeable or are a scam. Either way, I don't trust this place.

They were prompt and communicative. They were able to get my car in the next day. They did exactly what they said they would do to my vehicle for the price they quoted over the phone. They made helpful suggestions but we're not pushy in any way. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive

I was looking for a new auto shop to help service my vehicle, as needed. This was my first call and I'm so thankful it was. Bill at the front along with the whole staff/crew are exceptional and have taken care of me like family. Do not hesitate to trust your vehicle here, it's definitely in good hands.

Called to have my class B RV (van RV) worked on again and they said they can't work on it. Surprised me because they said they would be happy to work on it again 3 years ago after I paid them to do a full rear brake job. They gave me a run around about how heavy the RV is and they didn't have the proper equipment. The RV is lighter than a full size truck. Then they said it may be too long for their stall, but it's shorter than a full size truck, too. Turns out there was a change in ownership some time in the recent past, which makes sense because it's been different the past few times I've taken my vehicles in. Time to look for another mechanic.
