Super happy to have found the pharmacy team at this location. Jannelle, Angie and team are fabulous. Helpful, caring and prompt in filly my prescriptions. Although busy, they still take the time and attention to help with your needs.

All I can say is these remarks about the Pharmacy being rude are absolutely TRUE! What has happened to CVS? Never have I been treated so rudely. If these people don't like their jobs, why are they there? They need to treat people with kindness, not anger and rudeness

I ordered a photo magnet while on vacation. I never received a confirmation when it was ready. A week later, when my husband went to pick it up, it was nowhere to be found. He was asked when it was ordered and said 2 weeks prior, and they let him know they throw unclaimed orders away by then. That's ridiculous considering I never even knew when it was ready and received no reminders. Their print quality is not good anyway. I have had several issues with the photos printed over the years. Walgreens is superior, go there.

Pharmacy sucks. Stand in line for 20 minutes waiting for a prescription while nobody is here. But the guy typing is soooo busy to acknowledge us or hand us our medicine.

If I could give the staff at the pharmacy that worked the evening of 1/17/2023 Aprox. around 8pm. I would give them a negative rating. Rude, judgmental, WRONG! Claimed that I already picked up my prescription when I did not and said they watched surveillance video of me picking up and when I asked to see the video they changed their story. They never did give me MY PRESCRIPTION. He unnecessarily stressed me out and mistreated me badly. Was actually mean to me and they were the wrong ones and finally figured it out that they were wrong and lied to me and said they never told me any of what they did, I honestly couldnt even believe it! Very rude staff. And not just tonight, but every time I'm there the staff is always rude. ALWAYS. Just in the pharmacy. I have sent my doctor a message already to transfer ALL my prescriptions out of there to Walgreens, least they are always friendly there. I will never have another prescription filled there ever again. Very unprofessional. You are no longer in charge of filling my medication. I wouldnt go there again if you paid me to. RUDE PEOPLE WORK THERE EVERYDAY. Another issue I had, my doctor specifically wrote a note with my prescription to fill it days early because I was going to be out of town and they refused to. they ignored what my doctor told them to do and said their computer said it wasnt time to refill yet. Are you kidding me? So i had to go without my medication because they wouldnt do what the doctor told them to. last i checked, the doctor says what and when I get for medication, NOT the pharmacist, all your job is is to put the little pills in the bottle and bill insurance, your not in charge. AND THIS IS THE SAME PRESCRIPTION they told me over and over that i had already picked it up, when clearly I didnt because they wouldnt even fill it. Im just beside myself this actually even happened. BAD pharmacy. BAD PHARMACIST. Im still angry!

I recently ran out of my antidepressants and was having a hard time getting in contact with my prescriber to get a refill - after two days off my meds I was feeling overwhelmed with emotions and not able to think straight. I called the pharmacy here and told them my situation and the person I talked to was able to get a refill on my meds and have them ready in 10 minutes and she used a coupon that got me them at a cheaper price. I was super grateful for who I talked to! Also, in general, I've always received great service at this location.

I'm really surprised at the bad reviews for this pharmacy. They are the ONLY place I will ever have my prescriptions sent. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they get my meds FAST. I have a severe sinus infection so my doctor sent my prescription here. I went right to the pharmacy so I could wait for it. They literally filled it on the spot for me and told me they hope I feel better. I've had nothing but amazing customer service from this group of people. Definitely recommend ?

I am so sick of coming to this pharmacy. Every single time i make an order online or through my provider, i am told to come back 20 minutes later. I ordered my prescription A WEEK in advanced and went to pick up after a doctor appointment for a different prescription, got to the pharmacy 30 minutes later and was told to come back in 20 minutes so i did and then when i came back they only handed me my prescription for today and not the one i ordered a week ago. So now i am having to wait another 20 minutes because the one i order A WEEK AGO was never filled. 40 minutes wasted because they refuse to fill prescriptions when they are ordered and seem to only fill them when you show up in person. This happens literally every single time i need to pick up a prescription, new and old, i do not remember the last time i was able to come and pick up my prescription without being told to come back 20 minutes later which half the time i end up needing to come back another day because i have something i need to do.

Had a vaccine appointment booked for my husband, who was able to get his booster through his employer. I called to ask to move this to my 75 year old mother. I was told it was not possible because it's different insurance. I asked if we could update the name/ insurance info so she could get her booster and begged because she is elderly and we have been having issues just getting her to get vaccinated. I was told there was nothing they could do and just to cancel the appointment and there next available was 2 weeks out. DISGUSTING! you have an open appointment and you mean to tell me you are going to have a 74 year old wait 2 weeks because you don't want to input her insurance information. I will NEVER Use CVS again!

The CVS on 3633 Bunker Lake Blvd is the best CVS in our area! I especially love working with Laurie, who seems to be everywhere at all times. She is forward thinking, making sure she has medication in stock for upcoming refills. She has helped me enormously with prior authorizations required by our insurance. Others are also just as focused on doing the best for customers, from looking for a discount card without even telling me, to prioritizing urgent prescriptions like antibiotic. In short, I'm very grateful to you all. P.S.: Thank you, Laurie, for the dog treats. Roo loves them! --Tal B.

My wife, who just gave birth to a 5-week premature baby, took two of her daughters to this Andover CVS to get COID tests. They had to knock on the outside testing door to get anyone to come out. When the nurse came out, she asked if they had an appointment, which couldn't make online due to a website error, the nurse insisted that they needed to make an appointment online first. When my oldest daughter said they tried but they weren't able to schedule one, the nurse rudely said, "that's because we're all booked up." So my daughter said "two things, one, why did you tell me to book an appointment online if its not even possible and if you're all booked up? and two, there is no one here and no one waiting, so can we not just book an appointment with you now?" At which point the nurse said "book it online" and then walked back inside and shut the door on them. Every time I go here there is always an issue. 2-stars on Google reviews. Employees are rude, management is rude, store is dirty, I won't be back here. This is exactly why I drive all the way to the Rogers CVS even though I live a mile away from this CVS. Pathetic!

The customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. They were rude to us and others. And it wasn't just one person. They seem to have a morale and culture issue. The positives are that the store is nice and clean and the Minute Clinic staff were great!

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone after 2 hours just to get my prescription renewed for a 90 day supply. I was hung on three times two of which the lady told me to hold. The first time she told me the 30 day supply would be ready tomorrow and hung up but I tried to tell her I wanted a 90 day supply. I am on hd again. I am beyond angry and if this isn't resolved over the phone soon I am going down there to ask for a supervisor. Oh wait. It just hung up on me. On my way there. All I wanted was a 90 day prescription. Rude and they don't listen. In too much of a hurry. If it wasn't convenient I would never go here ever! In fact, I am likely going to Walgreens across the street!
