Sarah D came through and got me the refund I dreamed of! I have to admit, Walmart seemed like a strange place to have a tax service booth, but you get nothing but professionalism and amazing customer relations here. I highly recomment JH as long as they keep people like Sarah D on staff.

This has got to be the most pleasant tax firm. Pamela has been doing our families taxes for years and has always been expedient in filing them, giving us a big tax return every year. I went to Jackson Hewitt for my taxes for the first time this year and the woman named Pamela helped me. I must say that she is so caring and polite, her customer service is unparalleled. I used to do my taxes with HR block, but after having my taxes done with Pamela I'm going to stick with getting them done by her. She was great. Such a warm, caring personality. Makes you really feel welcome and went over everything in detail.
