WASTE OF TIME…DROVE 42 MINUTES ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEH DONT HAVE A SCALE TO WEIGH ME. DIDNT EVEN GET MY URINE SAMPLE FOR MY DRUG TEST AND NEVER TOOK ANY VITALS FOR MY DOT PHYSICAL. RUDE AND A JOKE

This is possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a medical office. I spent nearly 3 hours here for a simple DOT health card recertification, and I even had an appointment scheduled. I will never come here again.

The staff, albeit nice, seemed disorganized and not thoroughly trained. I made an appointment online for an employment drug screening, and showed up 10 minutes early. I waited in the lobby until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Mind you, I believe there was only one other patient in the building with me. When I walked back it seemed as if everyone was sitting around doing nothing. Should not have to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be called back for a 5 minute drug screening.

I went to the doctors office the day before i went here and did not get the care i needed and could not connect with my doctor for questions. I went to Med Express the next day and they listened well, handle my needs with the utmost care, and they got me on a path to feeling better. Every time i go here the nurses and doctors are wonderful! I highly recommend going here.

I didn't have an appointment and had a deadline of the following day to complete a screening for a job. I went into the clinic and they were booked for the next two days. I explained my situation to Kelly and she found me a spot. I am very appreciative of their willingness to work with me and the service was prompt and friendly.

My nurse for the drug screen was wonderful. We were unable to collect a sufficient amount the first time but she guided me through over 1-1/2 hours and we were successful. She was awesome. Thank you!!
