Sierra the loan officer is amazing. If you want it done fast she’s the gal. Very professional, people friendly and knows what she’s doing.

They are the worst bank ever screw you over and take your money. Even making fake reviews to lure people to scam. Ridiculous company go anywhere else small bank that screws you. Just a scam bank I'm doing you a favor telling you stay away and if you have a account look into your account guarentee they have been scamming money from you.

I've been with Minnco for about a year now. The CardNav app has been a life saver for me to see what comes out of my checking account. Recently i got a new debit card because mine had become compromised only to find out that they are discontinuing the CarNav app and that i cant add my new card to it and just have to wait until they launch their version of CardNav in the Minnco app. This was almost a month ago. I own an IT company and if you were going to discontinue and app you would think you would do it days before the release of the new one not a month before.

Lobby is NOT open on Saturday. Drive through only. Which means you cannot do any banking other than deposits and withdrawal. Disappointing ?

Best bank for car loans

I used to bank (checking and savings) with minnco years ago. When I tried to buy my first used car, they were a nightmare to try and get a loan through. I ended up getting it elsewhere with no cosigner like they were requiring (among other things) even though I had been with them for years at the time. I ended up closing my checking and going with the credit union that gave me the loan.Today, I found out that they closed out my savings and credit card accounts almost a year ago without notice because of inactivity. Though I do get why since I didn't use the card, I find it odd they didn't even notify me and they took the money (though only a small amount to keep the account open) from my savings as a closure fee. One would think they would have to notify you if they decide to close your account, no matter the reason. Especially if they will be taking money from one of the accounts.I would definitely not recommend Minnco to anyone. I remember having many other issues with them that I haven't run into since switching to another credit union. Save yourself the headache.

They are by far the worst financial institution I've ever worked with. they don't honor civil court documents and your divorce papers mean nothing. They will penalize you for ex spouse debt no problem even when it wasn't acquired by you. messed up my checks multiple times in all the years I worked with them. They also were hacked once and I lost like 80$ on that. To close my ex's account they charged me $400 of extra fees for him being late.

I filed a complaint with the MN Attorney General's Office against Minnco because they closed my accounts without notice during the time my business was shut down for covid, due to a 99 cent charge didn't clear. They refused to fix their issues and put negative marks on my record so I couldn't open an account with any other bank. After the AG got involved, they removed the negative marks, but still made me pay $60 before they would allow me to close my account. I paid it gladly, so I could be done with them for good. I would never open another account with them.
