What a waste of an entire day. I made an appointment to pay out of pocket here and when I showed up at my scheduled appointment time the dr. Tells me the price is double what i was quoted on the phone. This place is a joke.

Do not go here if you want results of labs same day. I was pleased to get an appointment same day but was disappointed that I spent $80 just to get results 5 days later to which I had an appointment with my primary doctor and had all results back with my primary doctor before hearing back from minute clinic.

The local urgent cares had a 2.5+ hr wait. I couldn't get in.
I tried walking into this minute clinic. But there wasn't a time available. I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be or they're that busy.
I wasn't even waiting two minutes when I was called back. The nurse practitioner was nice and professional.
Most practitioners are not nice to me like this. I was listened to for once and treated well.

There is NO provision for walk-ins! The computer check in kiosk has only two options:1). Sign in for your appointment or 2) make an appointment. But no same day appointments are available. Calling to site only gets you transferred to the national call center which had a response wait time of 53 minutes. They only offered to make a next day appointment since no same day appointments were available. Thought the basic premise of Minute Clinics was to avoid the wait at doctor’s office? No provision for walk ins????? No way to have customer service assist! Must be another great MBA designed system..

Minute clinics are great, but not for earwax removal. They used to be good but have done away with the tool that actually can pull the wax out and consequently felt like I could do the same thing at home a whole lot cheaper otherwise in general they were convenient and polite And informative

The acting nurse on staff the day I went in to see was more concerned with trying to find a way to tell me I had Covid than to actually diagnose my symptoms. It was infuriating. Then, I was sent a statement before they even processed through my insurance, which was marked as active and correct on file of their very small intake form.From start to finish it was a very disappointing experience, with low quality providers.

Brenda N is great. Very friendly and compassionate. We take our kids there a lot when they have minor illnesses, like strep throat, etc., definitely recommend. You just want to be sure you have an appointment scheduled.
