Randy from Redline sold us a used car, helped us out. He's reliable and trustworthy. I will be buying from him again.

I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Fargo and needed my brake pads and rotors changed now. Redline was very quick to respond, did an accurate assessment of the problem with my truck did the work in an hour and a half at a fair price. The mechanic was friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Job well done.

This place is a scam. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Oh and the owner responds with backhanded comments or excuses. Save it. No way so many people all have had the same experience and it not be true. I tried purchasing a car 5 years ago. I know. It’s been awhile but after just recently purchasing a new vehicle it reminded me of how badly I was treated here!Edit: I tried buying a 2005 dodge magnum to be specific from here and I didn’t even make it half way home before I had sensors and the engine light going off. All I wanted and needed was a safe reliable car for me and my babies. This car was neither of these things! I tried returning the car and was told since they filed for the title to be transferred to my name already I would be charged $500. Whatever I took the $500 loss, returned that lemon and RAN with what amount of money I got back! After calling the state however the title wasn’t filed yet and does NOT cost $500 but it is what it is. I took the lady from the states advice and cashed that check as soon as I could. I didn’t even wait to leave town to cash it because of how sketchy this place was, I thought Either the check was going to bounce or they were going to put a stop payment on it! I would have had to pay way more in repairs had I kept that vehicle! It was a lesson learned but also a blessing I got screwed over because I found a safe and reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership and got a GREAT deal. Nothing like what they offer at this place. Run. Don’t walk, run!

i purchased a car from randy and this is the worst car buying experience i ever had. i paid cash for the car and never got the title from him,, and have been fighting with him to get the duplicate title and on top of this the vehicle has a lien on it and he wont fix this problem. i bought this car in may 2022. so buyer beware make sure you have all the paperwork for your purchases from this guy. i cannot even get tabs or any title until he complies. which obviously he has no intentions of doing this

NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! SALVAGED TITLE NEVER DISCLOSED DURING PURCHASE OR AT TEST DRIVE BUT WRITTEN BARELY LEGIBLE ON THE SALES RECEIPT!!! PAID $10,000 CASH AND DISCOVERED WHEN WE RECEIVED THE TITLE!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! OWNER CLAIMS ON POST, WAS NEVER ON POST!!!!! WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY $10,000 CASH OVER MARKET VALUE FOR A CAR IN GOOD CONDITION. AGAIN DID NOT SHARE WHEN ASKED AND NOT LEGIBLE AND FAST TALKED AT SALE ABOUT ALL THE REPAIRS AND NEW TIRES ECT. YES, I DID SIGN THE RECEIPT BUT NEVER DID HE SHARE SALVAGED TITLE BLUE BOOK IN GOOD CONDITION IS LESS THAN $9,000. HES A GOOD QUICK TALKER AND DISTRACTS EASILY!!!! KARMA ?

We bought a car from Randy a few weeks ago. He lied about what he fixed on the car, The car has multiple problems, huge oil leak, timing chain needs replaced, fuel filter. He would not answer his phone or texts to honor the warranty. (We we’re from out of town)He gives used car dealers a bad name because of his dishonesty. Do not trust this dealership!!

Great guys! Treated me great and let me go back on a deal I made after having second thoughts when they could have told me to get bent. Not many people would let you do that. Not saying they would want to do that for everyone but they did for me when they could have said no. I definitely will go back to them.

Bought a 2008 Malibu from randy , he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car at all . Come to find out it should of been totaled and parted out sitting in the junk yard . Frame is bent and the front end was pieced together with sheet rock screws and self tapping screws . And he willingly sold us this car knowing we had a new born baby , why we wanted a new car to begin with. Called, messaged, left voicemails everything ; no reply. Do not give this shady person Your business .

Sells cars with a bent frame and by law in the state of Minnesota when selling a car you have to provide that information. Randy Christensen doesn't care about the law nor abides by it.

My Son purchased a car from them and drove it for less than 8 weeks before it died. They said they would discount the repairs, now they are quoting exact same price as another dealer... some discount. DO NOT BUY A LEMON FROM REDLINE

I've tried for several days this week to set up a time for me to look at an suv they had. I either got no response or was told they were busy. Also asked twice where they were located and got no answer. In yet another attempt to reach them and see if the vehicle was still available I now see it's been sold. So evidently unless you already know where they are and when they are open and can just show up there, They seem to have no interest in selling you a car. Very dissapointed.

Dont ever trust Randy. His buisness partner is a great guy but good god the amount of headache youll go through is astonishing. He never answers the phone. Never calls you back. Never texts back. Never gives you a straight answer. I bough a truck a number of months ago. The damn thing wouldnt shift into lower gears. Couldnt drive it. Said they would help me tow it to them to take a look had i had the thing like 5 days. Randy didnt know how to fix the issue. Didnt contact me. Didnt tell me what was going on. Waited a week until i finally said enough was enough. I drove up there. His partner talked me down and helped me out. They got the part fixed. I reversed it. It got stuck in the lower gear and had to wait another few days till they again had to fix something else. Never told me what they were doing to it or what was fixed really. Something about the gear box or shift box. Then ontop of that the heat and AC went out like a a werk after i got it worked on. Never ever trust this guy.
