I walked in after a terrible beard trim somewhere else, hoping for a fix. Jen went above and beyond. She took her time, listened to my needs and completely transformed my look. My beard looks so much better. I left feeling confident again. I'll absolutely be coming back. Thank you.

Jen and Nicole are the best! They are always so happy see me and deliver a perfect haircut every time. Additionally I have shown up a little after closing time but they’ve always waited for me.

The lady cutting my hair was more interested in talking with her co-worker about how bad it was she had to schedule in break times for the other employees. Then she was more fixated on the gentleman getting his beard shaved off than doing my haircut. My haircut was shorter on one side than the other, and she forgot to use the thinners. She forgot to trim my bangs. Just a bad experience overall.

I scheduled an appointment on the app and was informed by the Sports Clips app to arrive by 9:35am. I got there at 9:30am and didn't see me on the waitlist. I asked the stylist I don't see myself on the lineup. She tells me I've missed my appointment because it was scheduled for 9:29am and was only offered to be put back in the queue with now a 90 minute wait. Make it make sense. Poor customer customer service, not even an apology. Smh

If you can't do a simple fade on a man do not work here or go near mens hair. Her hands were shaking and she looked like she was strung out on drugs. Messed up my boyfriends fade really bad. 40 $ for garbage! Now we have to go to a barber and seee if it's even possible to get it fixed. ! Absolutely horrible. Go to a barber!!!!!!

I've gone to this location three times two of the times including the most recent I've received god awful haircuts. Do yourself a favor and go to a barber.

The lady who cut my son's hair did a horrible job. She doesn't know how to cut hair. It was a bad experience, and her charges were too high for such poor service. I told her to leave more than 3 inches, but she cut all hair and leave less than 1 inch. Very disappointing.

My son told the lady 3 inches to cut off and she got about 6 he is very upset. And I will not be going back there. She did as she wanted to style it. And didn't listen to what he wanted.

Online checkin system works well. You set up your arrival time and select which person you want your haircut from or you choose first available. System maintains notes about prior cut instructions so anyone could give you your same clipping. Staff is friendly. Facilities pretty much all look the same.
