It is absolutely horrible to make your customers suffer with the SLOWEST cashiers in existence because your loss prevention sucks. Having 2 cashiers on a Friday with lines of 10+ people is insane. Don't make your customers wait because you can't handle theft

why is self checkout always closed? why only 1 or 2 cashiers? why do I need to wait 10 min to checkout 2-7 items when it took 3 min in self checkout. I cant shop here anymore.

Love me some Target! Returned two things in the last two days and it takes less than a minute. Wal*Mart was my jam back when Sam was still alive but since his greedy family took over after his death, I'm a Target guy thorough and through. It costs a bit more but the employees aren't dead inside, it's clean and I don't fear getting mugged or panhandled in the parking lot.

Target has the best employees. They are very helpful when you're trying to find something. They help guide you where it is or will look in the back for it. The employees are very nice. The store is neat and clean.

Terrible experience today. I was told my purchase of a certain beverage (Canada Dry Cherry) did not qualify for the Circle discount. There is nothing saying that anywhere. They refused to help in anyway except to let me return the soda. I took a picture, and right behind the sign are both Canada Dry sodas. Customer service has really started to fail at tgis store. Guest services....not really a thing here.

Tried buying a tv and no one was in electronics to help. Went to guest services and they paged for someone and no one came. Then the guy who paged was sent to a register by a senior employee complaining that she worked a 12 hour shift. Went to buy a $400 tv and left without it cause the store has no staff to help. Not bad service just no service.

Friday before Christmas. All self checkouts were closed. 3 checkouts with cashier open. As I checked out I asked why the "self" checkouts were closed. She said, "because we don't have enough staff" Enough staff? For self checkout lanes? That's a new one!
