Brought my vehicle in after accidently taking my fender off.
I made multiple inquiries on a Thursday evening and got called first thing Friday morning. Complete Auto Service was the only one of 3 shops to call me back.
They offered me a same day appointment but I was unable to make it. We then scheduled it for Monday morning. They allowed me to drop it off after hours in order to assist with my busy schedule.
While the Jeep was in the shop they called me periodically to give me updates.
When I searched how much fender clip repair was on the internet- it varied quite a bit. My research said anywhere from $300-$2000 and possibly more dependant on the damaged. CAS quoted me $200 and then when I picked up the Jeep.. It was even less!
Great service. Friendly employees. I'll definitely be back.... Just hopefully not to fix my bumper again!

“My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! “A few days ago I had a vehicle with a no start condition after work. Tried a few things to get it going, no luck. Called one company that was listed on a repair facility website. This was around 8pm. They said they could get someone out next morning around 10am. Not a big deal, wasn't in the road or anything. Then I remembered Scott at First Choice. Sent him a message of my situation. He had a driver there in less than 10 minutes. Certainly keeping these guys on the first to call list!”

“Absolutely FANTASTIC service. Kyle helped me, and he was so incredibly helpful and AWESOME!! He was there within 30 minutes after my tire had a catastrophic blowout from a factory defect; my car didn't come with a spare, just an air pump with tire sealer in it. The tear in my tire was so large that the sealent just leaked everywhere. I was totally stuck. Anyway, Kyle was there 30 minutes quicker than he said he'd be. So great!! It was an extremely stressful situation, but he was calm, quick, and kind. He was very careful with my car, and he came with a flat bed. He backed my car into the bed slowly and carefully. I truly believe he treated my car like it was his own. He allowed me to ride with him to Discount Tire, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe with him. (As a woman, that is so important to me. Even if a woman had picked me up, I wouldn't get in a car with anyone with whom I don't feel safe or have good vibes.) He's easy to talk to, relaxed, extremely polite, and kind. Seriously, it was gold star customer service; in this day and age, that kind of service is so rare. I hope he gets a raise or a gift for going above and beyond. This world needs more people like him. He even saved me a lot of money, probably $20-$30, because I didn't have to call an Uber to take me all the way there. He didn't have to do that--I am so incredibly grateful for his kindness and help. Kyle, if you read this, thank you--I'll pass your kindness on to someone else. Thank you, and God bless ya!!
