I just moved here from out of state and want to get established with a "brick and mortar" bank. When I went to the US Bank website to find information, I found the website cumbersome to navigate (answers to easy questions not easily to find), so I decided to just go visit the local branch. When I got there, three employees were behind the counter and there were no customers. I approached the window and told the teller that I was interested in opening an account, but had a few questions first. He told me I had to have an appointment to get questions answered. Really? Not a customer in the place and he (or one of the other two behind the counter) wouldn't even try to field a few questions?! I walked out. My first experience with US Bank will be my last. Unfortunate (for them).

We went in to open another account for having automatic deposits made from investments to just use as a convenient way to access our money. After I sent the letter off to investment person he said the letter wasn't signed. I left 2 voicemails and an e-mail but no response. Finally I dropped in.The person we talked to was not at his desk but a nice lady tracked him down and had him sign it. I felt a little under appreciated being ghosted by a relatively new person in the business.Getting back to customers is a very important thing to do.

WORST USBank branch ever!!! The customer service is horrible!!! I went in today to see a banker. There were 2 bankers there. The people who walked in behind me grabbed a banker and went ahead of me. I sat down. There are 2 or 3 tellers working. NO ONE said anything to me!! I asked a teller about seeing a banker...she said she would let someone know. The 2 bankers are still with their customers. I waited 5 more minutes and left. NO ONE acknowledges you when you walk into this Bank. At least at Wells Fargo there is someone at the door to greet you and ask you what transaction you need to accomplish OR if you need to see a banker! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Don't waste your time! It took me 56 minutes to accomplish what I needed to get done. I started my stopwatch. I ended up calling customer service twice because I was disconnected the first time. They DO NOT CARE about your business!!!! Go anywhere else!!!!

This bank has horrible customer service! I went to this branch to see why my account was negative when I never use the account in the first place. I was told that I was being charged $8.50 per month to have an account with them. First I was never told that when I opened the account and second the manager was very rude and pretty much accused me of lying. Long story short, I closed my account and now my husband is as well!
