I use them for my business and I absolutely love them. Sean/Shawn is especially friendly, patient and helpful to all the people I see him talking to.
You have to remember this is an annex, not a regular post office.

December 2024 by MN NICE!
Christmas package sent around MN while others delivered by Usps Andover. Mgr called rude as ever and just poor representation of the USPS! Hung up on me after he called me to yell at me - then after my missing package tracked Back to Andover USPS and the mgr said “youll get it when we get it”. Well we didnt because Andover Usps then sent it to St Paul!!! What? So intentionally I have no doubt the mgr did exactly the opposite of what her told me.
See the tracking for proof. Isnt this illegal?

Absolutely horrible, stop sending my mail 3 streets over do your job right i missed an extremely important meeting cause I never received the paperwork, yall should be held accountable to the millions of dollars you cost the people your supposed to be delivering to! I'll be contacting headquarters. We as people of our community should not stand for this, we should boycott the post office!

The annex was very helpful and spent time tracking down a redelivery package for me.

No postage available. Limited hours. Limited service, even for a post office.

Had to sign for a package . Lazy delivery person never even knocked on my door to get a signature just put a sorry we missed you. It said I have to go the the post office and pick it up and sign . Went to post office and they can’t find it now . Maybe next time do your job and actually knock on a door and get a signature and if you can’t handle that easy of a job find something else.

These people.
Never deliver to my apartment. They always delivered to the office. The manager in the office doesn't want these packages. I don't know why they can't deliver to my apartment department numbers right on the package. Get out of your truck and deliver it. This place really sucks and I'm gonna call and complain.

This location does not sell any postage or do make any labels? How do you not do that when you are a location for post office?

The only place you can send a letter across the country for less then a dollar.

Very unprofessional office. Staff do not wear uniforms. Staff act like they have zero skills of how to help a person. Rural mail is not delivered to the correct mail boxes.

Last December we received notices letting us know the mailboxes on our super busy street (County 18 in Andover) were finally being changed to the opposite side of the street. We welcomed this news and all winter we thought, wow, this is the last winter I'll have to fight traffic to get my mail! Well, now they've changed it and we will not be having the mailboxes changed after all. The rep I spoke with did a decent job of explaining how routes changed in order to promote greater efficiency for the carriers, in other words, to squeeze the carriers because of a few of them were getting done with their routes earlier than the others. And now that's squeezing the carriers who are being asked to do too much. This is not coming from the Andover Bluebird station. This is coming from directives at the administrative level, you know, the postmaster general appointed by the former "president." Maybe when President Biden appoints a new PG we'll get someone who won't be so obsessed with squeezing milk from a stone. They never should have sent the notices knowing route changes might be in the works. Never have I been more disappointed in the United States Post Office.
