Brought my pup in for a grooming appt with Chantelle and she did a great job! He’s had his fair share of bad experiences being groomed and I am so relieved we found a place he feels comfortable & safe! Thanks again Chantelle for your patience & kindness to Bennie we both appreciate it!!

Friendly staff! I have had a great experience bringing both of my dogs here. I absolutely love they have a trainer on site and the trainer was brought in the first time I brought my puppy!

Be weary who you allow to care for your dog. Should anything go wrong, it’s the dogs breed that is the cause, not the accident itself. The person(s) that are in charge will never admit to any wrongdoing, just blame it on the breed. How’s that for prejudice? It was decided before it was over, because my dog is a French Bulldog, the clinic that caused him to almost die has no responsibility for what they did to him. If you have a French Bulldog, it’s their fault for any harm someone may cause them. There’s absolutely no accountability for the person(s) that caused the harm. How’s that for justice? Easy peasy for the referee overseeing the case in a court of law.Don’t bother leaving your generic “we care deeply” response. That’s for you, it means absolutely nothing to me.

Amazing people at this animal Hospital. This is not my normal vet office, but I had an emergency with my dog about 20 minutes before they closed. They managed to get my dog in and were amazing. Even though they were staying late, they were super friendly and super gentle with my dog.

I recently adopted a pet from Animal Humane Society and was given a certificate for free first appointment. I scheduled appointment without issue but then two days before the appointment I was notified of $25 charge for new patients to hold appointment. I was then told it is because they have had too many no shows. Because of their decision to punish all new patients due to the bad behavior of prior clients, there is no way I would trust this organization with the care of my animals. Congratulations on your lack of professionalism costing you a quality client.

Just got home from bringing my cat Marco in for his first visit at VCA. From my first phone call to schedule the appointment until leaving today I’ve experienced the best customer service. Dr Roe was amazing and took the time to get to know Marco and explain everything to me and then we got Marco groomed and the Dr who groomed Marco (I can’t remember her name, I’m sorry) was so incredible and took very good care of Marco. We’ll definitely be bringing Marco back to be taken care regularly.

I've always had a great experience with this location. I've brought multiple dogs there and will continue to do so due to their kind and thoughtful approach. They really put the animals first and do a great job explaining the situation and various options, even under difficult circumstances. I think the prices are reasonable for the exceptional service they provide and would recommend them to anyone needing a vet

Simple call to find out if I could get my dog in for an abscess and they were so rude and mean! I use to go there years ago and loved them. Not sure who they have working there now but definitely not the same experience I remember having before.

VCA PineRidge has provided excellent care to my dog, Walter. Walter was diagnosed with epilepsy at one and a half years old. My husband and I were terrified and having Kathryn Fox as our vet has brought some calmness to our life. I would highly recommend VCA PineRidge!

I take my children, aka cats, Marvin and Eddie here for everything. The Care-club is amazing and the payment plan is reasonable. I would agree with some that scheduling an appointment with the app is hard when you would like to be seen sooner than a month out but, if you call them the night before or right when they open, they’ll do their best to get you seen asap. They’re very gentle with my boys and answer any questions you have even if it may seem a little silly. Thanks for caring about my pets!

My husband just had my cat in to have a large mass/ lump looked at. I miss seeing Becky Stever & the other Vets that we used to see there. This place has gone down hill. You can never see who you want & it's hard to get into. High turn over of vets. By the time we had gotten home - the new vet had discarded the slides taken from my cats lump/mass. I was calling her to send it in to cytology. I wanted another opinion. I want to be 300% sure. I am looking into taking him elsewhere for a second opinion. When she tried to explain everything to me - she talked down to me. Then she told me how expensive it would be to remove the lump, etc..... I just want my cat to be ok. I want a second opinion. I didn't feel that my cat was NOT in safe hands, comforted or treated the best he could have been. I didn't feel that I was treated well on the phone either. We have the VCA insurance. I can't wait until it's up so we can go elsewhere.

We have been taking our dogs here for close to 30 years and have always been very pleased and felt that they really cared for our pets. However, over the past year we have had several instances where we needed to see a Vet for our Yorkie and they were completely booked up; calling on a Tuesday for something urgent and told they couldn't see him until Saturday. We have been referred to an emergency vet in a couple cases only to be told that they, also, didn't have time to see him I don't know if it's because they are part of VCA now or they've taken on too many patients or what. But it has left us feeling like we have no one to count on when we have an urgent issue with our dog.

I changed to this Vet awhile ago with absolutely no regrets. The entire staff is exceptional, from the front desk, to the daycare provider, to each and every tech, and last but not least the doctors. My dogs spent the weekend boarding with them, one of my dogs had some issues with fear and anxiety. Kelly was able to take some time and sit with her. Kelly, we are very grateful for your caring and patience with both of our dogs, especially Coco.

I don’t understand how the reviews for this clinic are so high. #1 We had a dog that got neutered and was extra swollen. We went back in and they looked at him in The lobby and said it’s fine. Billed for an office visit. #2 dog had a major hot spot. Went in they treated. Gave some meds and sorta bandaged it up. Bandages fell off before we got home. The bandaging we were charged 75 dollars for. #3. We have a dog that has seizures. Took her in. Got meds. Everything was fine. End of month we needed more meds. Even though the vet could approve multiple refills they wouldn’t. Took 2-3 days to get approved. After 6 months they said you need to come in for a check up before we approve more. We go in. The vet said oh it’s just recommended to come in. Only once a year does she need to be checked. Charged 300 dollars. The same dog has been getting the same meds for 4 years. We have to call every month to get the meds approved. My dog is now dying of bone cancer and we are putting her down in a few days. We ran out Of meds. Called the pharmacy. Said they needed approval. From the vet. My wife called and explained the situation. Said we only needed a few days worth but we were worried if she didn’t get her Pills the last few days of her Life she Might die from the seizure she could potentially have. They said they would refill. Here we are. The next day. Still no approval. So we call the vet again. And they are closed for a team meeting and education. It is really really sad that this vet can’t act on a desperate plea of help. Even though we shouldn’t even have to call for the meds. We have had to fight them on almost every bill we ever had because things we didn’t even Know they did they charged us for. I wouldn’t recommend this vet to anybody. This is the reason people are terrified to take their animals to the vet. Horrible experience. Horrible recommendations. Horrible service.
