Let me start off by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had at this branch.
Samuel G was an absolute pleasure to work with!
He was so kind and helpful, he definitely deserves a raise, so he better be getting one soon!
Everything was done so quickly and efficiently, I was very impressed!
10/10 would recommend seeing Samuel if you get the chance.

The ATM took my card and then crashed and powered down. Bummer, but it happens. I went to the Wells Fargo branch down the street to find out what to do. The teller told me to use the on-line app to cancel the card. In other words, “fix it yourself”. I asked her if she had the ability to do it for me and she said she did. I said, “well lets go ahead and have you do that then, since Im standing right here, 2 feet in front of you.” I would have preferred, “Sorry for the trouble, sir. Let me cancel that card and order a new one for you.” Nice customer service! I may take my banking business elsewhere.

Been banking here for 13 years. Suddenly there holding my deposits for over a week because the signature on a client writtencheck looks irregular.. but they didn't have a problem taking the funds out my clients account. Yeah there looking out for me. I'm better off going with a prepaid debit card.

I brought in some coins to cash in and was so bummed that they no longer have the coin counting machines. Luckily, Iuliana was a total gem - super friendly and clearly explained to me how to use the coin handling tray and roll the coins. She even helped me sort my coins in between customers! Give that girl a raise!!

Tried to deposit currency into my wife's account, mind you just dollar bills no checks no cash back. They would not take the deposit for some BS reason. So tell me why do I need a bank that will not take a deposit. Closing my account, why do I need a physical bank that doesn't take a cash deposit? Internet bank here I come.

Had been a loyal customer on wells fargo for a long time and this past year it has been nothing but debacles and poor service on my account. There have been two instances that have drawn me away but they make it extremely hard to close accounts and they have stated that they had to charge me a fee around $100 to close the account. Will absolutely not bank with wells fargo any more.

Good customer service. Only downside for me was no drive through ATM. They have two walk up ATMs but that didn't feel safe to me.
