I’m new to town. I received the incorrect oil for my engine, and when I went to see about changing it out for the full synthetic instead of the blend that I received for a turbo engine (turbos are suppose to use only fully synthetic) they had closed 45 minutes earlier than the posted hours.
It also dawned on me that they never showed me the dipstick after filling my oil…
My car has been smelling like burnt oil and I Wondered why until I checked the receipt and saw that it was a blend not full Synthetic. I’m potentially running the risk of blowing up my engine now and have to change my oil by myself which I should’ve done in the first place!

They are a bunch of liars and thieves! I called this morning and asked what the price of an oil change for a Equinox would be and he said Chevy and synthetic it would be $56, I had been there multiple times and this is what I paid. I got there and they put windshield fluid in and I thought that was nice. I gave them my card and I was charged $96 including $3 for the windshield fluid! But.. that's not all. They charged me $3.81 for using my card! Wouldn't you relate that? Now they won't answer the phone!
*Make sure you read their response! Now they are staying that I'm frustrated and confused - to which I am neither! I am pissed off and I'm going to speak to an attorney!*

You don't want to go here. The first time no problem. It was $69. I went the second time and it was $95 for the same oil change. I have both work orders and the oil was the same. They also charged me $3 for windshield fluid that I never asked for. Rapid ones response is a lie. When I was there yesterday and told them to look up the last oil change, they said they didn't keep books. Plus I called ahead to ask for a estimate the first oilchange.

In and out quick but they charged me $3.00 for washer fluid. I would have said no if they would of asked.

First-time using them and maybe the last. The service was great and fast as their name implies. But about $20 more than other places we have gone to.
