The store us never stocked. I have been stopped in and the fuel islands are dirty windows squeegee are dry garbage overflowing. Go in to get a soda and snack forget it. Be lucky if they stocked the sodas. As for hot snacks every time I go in they have nothing out. At this point I'm surprised they even have fuel for the cars.

Pizza slaps.. and they got the sides that'll cross yo eyes.. And the cheeseburgers..... yeah they just got cheeseburgers.. night staff will take care of you its always a pleasure

As soon as we pulled up to this Casey's I was shocked. The outside grounds are littered with garbage. Boxes and crates are just stacked up leaning against the outside of the building. The women's bathroom was absolutely atrocious. I don't think it had been cleaned in a long time. It was gross! The staff was not welcoming at all. Maybe they were having a bad day but they seemed very unfriendly and inconvenienced by us. They made it very clear when they rang up our items and when I asked for a bag to put the items into, the gentleman behind the counter actually sighed out loud. We will be avoiding this place at all costs. If the women's bathroom looked this way I can't imagine what the kitchen and food prep area looks like... I have worked in the hospitality, food and service industry. This place needs a deep cleaning... I have never seen a Casey's in this state ever. Casey's are our go to gas station.

We have been coming up to Annandale to stay at the cabin for 4 years now. I used to work at Casey’s and know the standards and level that they hold their stores to. This store however, is missing the mark. They are consistently understaffed, it doesn’t appear that the staff they have there care about what they’re doing, and is either not properly trained, or just not doing the side work outlined for them. The trashes are constantly overflowing, food is left on the warmers for too long (got a slice of pizza at 12, that should have been pulled at 10:45am). They don’t refill cups, or lids so if you want a fountain drink you may as well go to the McDonalds. The floors are dirty, and the store is just unkept. Washer fluid outside isn’t ever filled or it’s overflowing. It just appears that there is a general lack of care for this location.
As silly as it sounds, I love Casey’s and every one I’ve been to has met my expectations. This one however, either needs a new GM, or just an entirely new staff.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT CASEYS IN ANNANDALE!!They charged my card twice and will not reimburse the second charge. I have sent them proof from my bank along with a letter from my bank and they still will not reimburse it even though they admitted running my card more than once.AVOID SHOPPING HERE BUT IF YOU HAVE TO, PAY WITH CASH SO YOU DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID.

As far as a gas station in a small town employing teenagers my needs are met. Better pizza than anyone in town. If you haven't tried their chicken strip they are a must. They get slammed Thursday through Sunday on pizzas so call ahead. The people working don't owe you anything. Don't act like a cidiot. If you didn't like your pizza call corporate. You will get a coupon for a replacement. No one is perfect.....then there's mcdonalds.....
