Thrifty White in Annandale Minnesota is one of the best pharmacies I have ever gone to. The people there are so friendly, nice, compassionate and knowledgeable! They always have my medications in on time for when I come to get them. I highly recommend this pharmacy! They have a great staff!
I am disabled so the drive-thru is also a wonderful part of this pharmacy! Kudos to thrifty White Annandale!

Worse pharmacy ever!! Their computers are ALWAYS down. So it's either wait and wait and wait or pay cash because their credit card machine don't work. They are OUT of Rx meds most of the time. When they do it's a FIGHT to get your FULL RX. Either the "insurance" won't cover it, then when insurance does, Thrifty White won't fill it or they don't have enough, etc. They act self righteous and on a power trip. It's one hoop to jump, than another and another. They are SLOW, LAZY AND RUDE!!!

I've been to thrifty white pharmacy twice now. Both times the experience and customer service have been fantastic. I worked with Cheri yesterday she is so friendly and outgoing truly a gem for the pharmacy I will frequent this pharmacy more often.

My wife went to Thrifty White Annandale to pick up a prescription for our daughter. She went through the drive thru window (11-1-2022) and was informed that the prescription hadn't been sent over by the clinic. The employee insinuated that; either the clinic didn't send the prescription to the correct location, or that my wife was perhaps at the wrong store. The clinic is roughly .5 miles down the road and Thrifty White has been the only pharmacy we've used for our children. My wife said the employee basically then proceeded to tell her non-verbally that she should move on. My wife then parked in the lot and called the clinic. The clinic employee apologized on behalf of Thrifty White and informed my wife that the prescription was sent over 15 minutes ago. My wife then returned to the drive thru and the employee was waiting for her with the prescription. Why didn't the pharmacy call the clinic? The clinic shouldn't have to apologize for the pharmacy. Cordial customer service really goes a long way.

Love this small town pharmacy! After years of dealing with CVS and Walgreens it is a breath of fresh air to get our RX from a place with great customer service!! Keep up the great work!!
