Purchased a truck from here a couple years ago. Right away we noticed they covered up rust spots... make sure you do a test drive through the car wash. The truck didn't even last to paying it off. Engine went out, 10k needed to replace it. Still owe about that on the truck. Ouch.

I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and was informed to check out drive Appeal. Looking for the right car and price can be stressful, but Joe Hall at the Anoka location was wonderful to work with and made the experience stress-free! I highly recommend Drive Appeal.

Joe Hall was amazing! Worked the deal out over the phone as I live 6 hours away. Praying that I don't make the long trip to see it for nothing. Get there and the vehicle was better than I imagined. I've owned it a week now and couldn't be more happy!

My experience was awesome. Joe the salesman was very friendly. No hassles or salesman pitch like some do. Love my vehicle.

The vehicle was well represented in terms of condition and market value. Our salesman (Joe) made the purchase process efficient and understandable. We would recommend Drive Appeal as an option for your next vehicle search.

Everything went smooth from start to finish! Had some finance issues on my end, but Joe was able to finance everything thru a credit union he works with and made things easier yet! Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to check out Drive Appeal! A+++

I had an overall negative experience with Drive Appeal. Joe was friendly and welcoming for the most part. However, the vehicle and the experience the next day were negative. After test driving a vehicle and deciding to purchase it in October, the vehicles had issues that came up the first time I turned it on after going home. Vehicles are purchased as is so I knew it was my responsibility, but the situation left me feeling frustrated and misled by the dealership. It wouldn’t work for more but they claimed to be driven over the three weeks it was there with no issues. Rather than attempt to assist with more information on the issue, it was short responses saying there was nothing wrong with it at the time of purchase. Because it was sold as is, I wasn’t looking for a refund but their experience with the issue could have sped up the diagnostic process significantly for me. A similar situation unfolded when I was purchasing the vehicle with another potential customer test driving a truck and having issues with the employee saying that’s the first he’s heard of it, which should have been a warning sign to me.The lack of transparency and the quality of the vehicle from the dealership has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend them.

Found the vehicle we had been searching for at the Anoka store. It was all of what it had been advertised to be. Joe was great to work with, knowledgeable and accommodating. Good selection of clean vehicles on the lot. Highly recommend stopping by.

Joe at Drive Appeal was so great to work with! He made sure our truck was in top notch condition before we picked it up and was such a pleasure in the process! Will definitely recommend!

Great, easy experience. No pressure and awesome service. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from them and I'll definitely be back.

Stay as far away from here and Joe Hall as possible. 5 months after buying a hybrid from him, the battery is dead and costs three times the amount of the cars worth to fix it. Go to a certified dealership, Drive appeal and Joe Hall are.not.worth.it. We made the mistake and hope you don’t! Reported to FTC & MN AG. Thanks for nothing Joe!

Financed my first ever car from here and I got help from Joe Hall. He was informative, friendly, and very persistent when it came to different problems with completing the sale. Overall I got a car I love for a reasonable price and I really cannot complain.

Nice, patience and honest. Was able to work with us in getting our next truck. Easy to work with and just threw us the facts and what he can do to help us. I suggest to check this place out when looking for a car or truck. Most places want to get you to drive around in a car or truck and then sit with them while they talk. Not with Joe. It felt like I knew him for a while and just want to see what I want and what he can do to help me.

This was the worstcar buying experience I have ever had. Within less than 24 hours of buying my Rouge from Joe at the Anoka/Ramsey location in the beginning of May 2022 the check engine light was on. I called him and let him know. He was very kind and told me to bring it in to the New Hope location and they would take care of it. Fast forward a month and a half that included me having to bring it back 3 times for the same problem. Horrible communication from the mechanic and two loaner cars ( one with a cracked windshield and another that broke down) the problem was fixed. Two months later ( end of August) it starts hesitating to accelerate from a stop. I bring it to a different mechanic and am told the transmission is bad and probably has been for some time. Then I find out the salesman who sold me the vehicle completely misrepresented the warranty I purchased and now I am out HUNDREDS of dollars!!! Do NOT buy a car from these people!

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I bought my Rouge in the beginning of May 2022 from Joe at the Anoka/Ramsey location. The very next morning ( less than 24 hrs) the check engine light was on. I brought it to the New Hope location as it was closest to my home and where they do repairs. They reset the light and sent me home. The next day the light is back on. I call and make an appointment, they keep my car for days just to tell my they found nothing wrong and reset the light. A few days go by and the light is back on. I make another appointment & get a loaner car, which had a huge Crack across the windshield and garbage on the floor. Days go by I hear nothing. I call and leave messages for Jeff, my mechanic. No return call. After another day he calls me back and says they fixed it. I pick up the car and the next day the light is back on. Repeat bringing the car in, no communication process. I pick it back up, 2 days goes by and the lights back on. Repeat bringing it back in again process. Only this time the loaner car they gave me broke down!! I requested the oil be changed as it was getting close to the mark. Yes I planned to pay for it. When I picked up the car and asked how much the oil change was, the mechanic stated they forgot to do it!!Lucky for me this time was a charm. 2 months go by and no check engine light. I bring the car in to a different mechanic to have the oil changed ( now it was due ) and have the car checked over as it was failing to accelerate from a stop occasionally. Suprise!Surprise!! the transmission needs to be replaced! This is when I found out that warranty package I purchased was not what the sales man who sold me the car told me it was. Turns out it was a very expensive and very basic warranty and now I am out HUNDREDS of dollars. Yes I bought the car "as is" but... this vehicle was misrepresented from the beginning and the warranty Driveappeal sells is not what they claim it is. Their mechanics lack communication, their loaners are far less than desirable and I do not feel my salesman was honest when selling the car or the warranty. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!! sorry this is my honest and true review of my experience. Update *** I received a call from Joe this evening asking me why I left him such a "scathing" review. When I stood ground and said this was 100% honest and true review. He did not ask what he could do to improve my experience, he got clearly frustrated and ended the call. #professional
