We have been on our last tank of gas a couple times and not knowing this until we had our last tank on our forklift. Made a call to my sales rep and had the rest of our tanks filled up same day. Our sales rep saved a huge headache for us. Extremely grateful.

Ran out of propane with the company 30 years this place and now wont help in less have full always let us tob200. Gallons wont let me wants full tankv2000 dollars worth wont even help i got few words but wont say ..so my daughter 3 kids 2 dogs are despret cold theve been ship out to warm places daughter staying there with space heater trying to sabe pipes such bull shit always made payements there going bankrupt i hear and beibg sued...i can see why....trying to fine a agency to help here thus is sad ...its freezing temps .....

So disappointed. Continually jack prices, they're 3 dollars per gallon more than anywhere else right now. nobody wants to help me cancel my account. We moved to Lakes Gas. Don't waste your time with Amerigas

Very Bad service, extremely high price, charging quarterly to keep their tanks on your property, and after requesting to end their service, had to wait months for them to pick up the tanks - charging $487.90 for the 'service'.I'm not recommending this company. Look into Dehn oil.

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been trying to dispute a charge on my bill for the last 30+ days. They state the computers are down, or they put you on hold forever and then disconnect you. Currently on hold for the 3rd time today, with 2 hang ups already.We have been trying to cancel our service for months, but they keep sending us bills with extra charges that we haven't ordered.

Warning - We are on automatic delivery; a month ago, we went under 30% in our tank and got notifications that we would get a delivery soon. No delivery ever came. I checked the tank level myself; it was at 3% a few days ago. I called and asked for expedited delivery; they said it would come in 24 hours. Over a day later no delivery or notifications. Our gas is now at 1%. I called again, and they said it was "for sure coming today ."Update, they came.... bummer that their automatic delivery is not automatic and that you as a customer have to monitor the tank level and connect multiple times to get the propane filled.

Mike our sales guy left us hanging and never followed up after they couldn’t deliver the propane and never said why. Poor communication and unorganized.

(First time customer) Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced had to set an account and that was the most confusing thing I’ve ever dealt with, finally had to call to request a refill then after being told that the service was scheduled I waited and no one came within the given time period, then had to call again and they told me I had not scheduled it yet, then waited another 10 days called again and the lady told me they should have already been there and she put it in emergency status and now I am awaiting delivery with my tank dangerously low with cold temps outside, I will not be a returning customer. Save yourself the time and the headache and go with someone else
