“These people are beyond fantastic. I had several chats with a tech and they were very helpful and patient with me. Emails sent to the home office were always returned promptly. The tech I chatted with determined that there might be a problem with the programming. They had me return the chip and almost immediately sent out a new one. I believe in great customer service and when I find a company that excels it is a a very comforting feeling.
