“First time doing our taxes not on turbo tax and with a person. I had excellent communication from them and they were very helpful! The whole process was so easy and took away the stress of doing it all ourselves. The appointment was pretty quick too, considering it would have probably taken my husband and I double the time to do it ourselves and double the stress.
Kendra assisted us when Julie had an emergency to attend to and based off of my interactions with both of them, they feel like good people who want to do good onto others. There’s no upselling or random corporate discounts or fees , it’s a a sigh of relief and they are there to help!
I’d highly recommend giving them a shot, we got in with them early February with no issue and even after I accidentally put in the wrong appointment time Julie was able to adjust it no problem.
Overall very easy going and friendly people who can get you in and out but can also take the time to educate and help you where you may need! I swear I’m not just saying this because they got us a decent return on our taxes haha”
