“Huge shoutout to the gentlemen that were closing up tonight (July 30th). I pulled in right at 7pm as they were putting the cones up not realizing what time they closed. I apologized and offered to just come back tomorrow but they assured me that it wasn’t a problem at all and guided me through. They were amazing and went above and beyond for me when they easily could have just sent me off and went home. Thank you all so much my car looks great!”
“Went through the wash with the most expensive option. Ended up a little dissatisfied that it didn't clean the tailgate off my truck. As I was looking it over, an employee approached to ask if the were any issues, so I told him it didn't clean the tailgate. He mentioned due to my hitch the equipment backs off. He offered for me to go through again for free after I removed the hitch. Ultimately ended up satisfied that they noticed and resolved my issue! Thanks!”
