this place customer service is very bad and poor, they told my 4 year old niece that they’ll call the police on her, they are always so rude and watching you like a hawk and they be rushing you out of the store, very racist and dehumanizing please hire better people and do background checks.

Pizza was 15 minutes away from the enjoy by time on the sticker. I offered to buy it for less because it was that close to the labeled time, but I just got a smile and the guy said 2 for 6$. The warming tray was full of slices
But who would wanna pay full price for almost expired pizza? Not this guy

Was just there a few hours ago to pickup a Pizza. The gentleman, who had a bread, was taking his time. My pizza was done, he pulled it out and walked away to some place. I waited 5 minutes and finally went to the young gentleman working up front to see if he could help. He was awesome! He went back and started to cut my pizza when the other employee came out and informed him that was his job (though he was not doing that). Very frustrating!!! that some employees can bring down the store!

The worst customer service that I ever had!!! I came to this gas station on 08/26/2024 between 9:30PM - 9:45PM I said “Hello” no response from both employees that was working at this time one of them setting in the office and the second person texting on the phone. I let it go I did purchase chips and I asked the guy with the beard with glasses I asked him for Popcorn he said we don’t have I asked him are you sure his response was aggressively “No” while I was going to the fridge I saw a section full of popcorn I said maybe he’s now he didn’t know while the other guy who was setting in the office heard me and said nothing anyway I got the popcorn, juice, and chips and I came to the guy with the beard to pay I told him FYI “ there’s a popcorn if someone ask you for next time” no response while I have my card in his credit card machine paying for the stuff that I got he remain silent the whole time not even thank you for the purchase that I made or apologize. I can’t remain silent and I had to talk I told him what kind of customer service is this I had told him exactly what I wrote in here he did not apologize at all the other person that was in the office apologized but this guy with beard should not been working dealing with customers otherwise this business will fail and this my advice to the business owner for this station. The Cashier should know how to smile be kind and learn the customer service skills before get hired

I go in to prepay my gas and my transaction failed and the gal behind the counter didn’t say a word. I go to pump my gas and what do you know no gas so I go back in and ask her why she didn’t say anything. She says well you walked out. Umm it takes at least 10 seconds to walk out and only one second to open your mouth. So I had to go back in and pay AGAIN. Super rude service

This was my first time ordering Casey’s and wow it was incredible! My husband and I ordered a sausage and pineapple pizza with the garlic crust, cheesy breadsticks, and some ice cream. It came super fast, the delivery guy was very friendly, and it was so yummy! So convenient (and dangerous, haha). Highly recommend! Thank you Casey’s for making our night-in date amazing!

So tonight I bought a fountain drink it’s 21:09 and deserii the assistant manager is working so I get in my car and my drink waste I haven’t even left the parking lot and I go back in the store and ask if I could refill my cup and she tells me I have to pay for it full price for a refill are you serious. It’s crazy to me cause some of the staff have never charged me for a refill there have been times when they have bought me drinks.just sad

The ladies in the morning are always very nice. I enjoy going in on my way to work. However, I refuse to go in on my way home because of an employee named Noah. He NEVER smiles, barely acknowledges you standing there waiting, and is always very rude. I went in last week, he was busy doing something, but when he was done and ready to help me, he looks at me and says, “What did you want?” This is how he is every time I see him or am getting helped by him. If you hate your job, quit? You’ve lost my business until he’s gone.

My wife and I moved to the area a little over 2 years ago. We have religiously gone to this Casey's since. I am in every single morning, and have never had a bad experience, until today. I came in and bought chips and cheese dip. I get home, my wife opens it and the seal must have been broken or something, because it smelled terrible, and was just cheese water. I took a video and went back to the store, because obviously, I don't want smelly cheese water sloshing around in my car. I get to the store (I was in literally 5 minutes ago, we live maybe 2 minutes away), and tell the kid at the counter what happened and offered to show him the video. He said I would need to bring in the cheese water for him to do anything. Obviously, my wife had already tossed the cheese because it's disgusting, and we have animals who would've tried to get it. So they wouldn't do anything. Lost a loyal customer who comes in daily for a $3 tin of cheese.
