I just visited this dealership this afternoon and worked with Selene. She was great. She took the time to pull the used truck around and a quick test drive. We noted several cosmetic issues such as deep paint scratches, rear bumper damage, deep curb rash on the rims, alignment pulling right (maybe the rims), chip in the windshield, and a broken front grill. The truck was also priced at $35,995 which is higher than most for that year, trim, and milage (not including the issues pointed above). After some discussion, we made a potential offer (a few thousand less than the listed price) as they weren't going to repair/replace any of the issues noted. Selene proceeds to inform her manager of the offer. As they walked towards my wife and I and while she's introducing her manager (i believe he was Jeremy McFarland), he blurts "I'm not here to have a conversation, I'm here to say See Ya!". Just like that, the manager walked back towards the building and we walked away without another word. I've never been so disgusted and disrespected in my life. We drove 45 minutes to see this truck...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALSHIP I HAVE EVER VISTITED thanks for their sales manager. If you're looking for a respectable dealership who will appreciate your time and business, look else where. We were at Walser in Bloomington and even though we didn't find the right truck, they were outstanding from the moment we walked in to when we walked out. They're also under a huge expansion/renovation which explains the contrast in customer service. To the Owner(s) of this dealership, you may want to investigate this further. Selene has my number.

Came here over the weekend with my wife. Felt very welcomed and made like I was apart of their family. Eventually we did not decide to purchase the vehicle at their dealership. However, the service we received from walking in the door to the test drive, to sale questions and then them respecting the time my wife and I spent discussing with each other was greatly appreciatedOnly two concerns1) immediately after the test drive concluded our sales agent asked. "Are you ready to buy today?" - here is where I asked I wanted to discuss with my wife and we were granted that privacy2) the vehicle was marked cloth online. But when we reached the test drive the interior was leather. Also we noticed a hole in the bumper guard that wasn't mentioned in the posting.

The service department does not call you back when you leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail asking about pricing for my appointment that is tomorrow. Left the first voicemail a week ago and now today I left a voicemail saying if I do not get a call back on the pricing for an oil change and diagnostic then you might as well cancel my appointment.

DO NOT LEASE OR BUY FROM THEM. Their word in nothing! We had shopped many times at Anoka Chevy over the years and never had a good experience with them and then we stopped in again one day and met Bob. Bob was amazing and like no other at this dealership I ever met through the years. Since we met Bob, we purchased two back to back leases and purchased a brand new 2021 truck from him. Now skip ahead to February 2023. We decided our next vehicle would be a Toyota Highlander. It fit what we needed in size and third row. I called to talk getting out of my lease and learned Bob left Mauer, so I was transferred to talk to Josh the dealerships manager about turning my lease in early and what that looked like. He told me, if it is a good condition and with my low miles we may even pay you, but that we will be able to get out with no more payments when you turn it in. I told him I was going to go look to buy a new vehicles and would be in when I found one. I said, I do not want to come in and have any surprise that now I owe. He said no that low miles, etc, they can buy me out. I said ok, I will call you when I find something to come in and meet, he said you do not need to meet with me anyone here can help you. So we go out and look for our new Highlander and after two weeks we find one, BUY ONE and then go in to Mauer to do the paper work and find out Josh is not in, but Kit Bolton the sales manager can help us. Kit says he will inspect and write it up. Kit comes back with a whole new story!!! This is where used car salesman comes in. He says now, I have to pay $3,655 to turn in. Which is the the payments I would make until my lease was up. My Blazer is a rarer as it is a redline, pristine condition with LOW (19k) miles (half of what the lease allowed) but now I am going to loose money! Beyond upset! Now I have two cars, I am upside down. I took it a step further and looked at the Blazers they had for sale on the lot, they have ones with more miles and not a redline all for more money! Meaning they could take mine back at no charge and 100% profit on my vehicle. I then did an area search and again, same scenario. So they do not care about us or their word!

Wouldn’t wash my car cause they where to busy standing around even though I got “free car washes for life” very unprofessional and I’m honestly never gonna even consider buying another vehicle from them.

In October 2022 returned my 2020 Equinox for some warranty body work. I had a rear quarter panel that had a gap. Mauer tried popping it back in but it did not stay. So I returned to have that addressed and a large gap in my tailgate liner. The process for warranty body work is a little confusing. At first I went to the body shop where I was basically interrogated by a guy. It ranged from “Who is going to pay for this?” to “We can’t fix that!” This was for a WARRANTY issue. Finally he said I had to go to the service department to schedule an appointment. The service department manager, Michele, was very accommodating after I mentioned they had tried to fix this before. My appointment was set. After a couple of attempts they determined they had to order a new clip to hold the quarter panel. That took a day or so to get. The final repairs look great. Very happy with the service department (5 stars). But that guy in the body shop needs a major lesson in customer service.

I really had high hopes when I walked in. Unfortunately I received a sales price and when I went to test drive the vehicle, the sales manager came running out and said he quoted wrong. The manager then proceeded to tell me that if I'm not willing to pay the corrected sales price that I shouldn't even test drive the vehicle. Worst customer service I have ever received! Due to the rudeness I will definitely never purchase from this establishment.

I will never go to this dealership for repairs again. I brought my vehicle in for a repair because they sent me a notice the notice says in big letters NO CHARGE. When I went in to retrieve my car I was presented with a bill for 1410.08 and told I could not get my car back until paid. At no time did I authorize anything but the no charge recall. Also during the recall work they broke additional parts they want to charge me for too at least they asked before performing that work. Apparently they are running a scam
