Would give a zero if possible. They are so rude and it’s always that way. Go to another location. Our taxes pay their salaries…they need get a new job. Everyone there is rude. Come on people. Let’s show some respect and kindness to others. Editing this to say that we went to Wright County DMV and everyone should go there. Fast, easy, they actually help you and are kind!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. I walked in a 2:10 to update the address on my license, had done the pre-application online to make things go smoother. Checked in via the QR code as required. Was given number 541. Number 540 was called around 2:20. I waited and waited and waited while they funneled people that had just walked in the door through the testing line. More testing people funneled through I asked when I would be seen after they called 542 around 3:10. Told to hang tight. Kept waiting. 3:40 I’m finally told I can be seen after I walked up to a window to complain. I wasn’t seen by the person at the window though, another person called me over to their window after I was turned away by the first person saying testing is prioritized. If testing is prioritized to the point I have to wait for 1.5 to renew a license post it somewhere or close this location for everything except for testing. It’s ridiculous. I understand waiting is part of the dmv but skipping over people in the queue is enraging. After 540 was called my estimated wait was 1 minute. I had a wait time of 1 minute for over an hour and 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went there to get a permit with my brother and the lady there was just SO RUDE. Everything that came out of her mouth was a scold. Like she was my mother. No help whatsoever and left with nothing done. Claimed we had no correct paperwork yet when we went to another DMV we got our stuff done with “Said” paperwork’s. customer service needs work. Disappointed my brother’s hope because we was So excited for a week straight.

I renewed my license on my birthday and Kelly sang Happy Birthday to me! Was out in 10 minutes including eye test, picture signature and, of course, paying!

Counter staff were relatively kind, yet, with no other visitors in the building, and the two staff standing around chit chatting with idle hands, they were "short staffed" and couldn't renew a license. Oh and they closed in 30 minutes, so I guess that means they stop doing work early.The supervisor, Andrew, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. When he claimed "the system" won't even let them do more applications because they are short staffed, I asked him to please show me, he then stormed away after shrugging me off with a "pfft" and said I could file a formal complaint. I filed a formal complaint. Even if not just trying to reduce their workload by turning me away, the treatment was poor.From a visitors perspective, there was absolutely no reason they couldn't perform the service they say the building performs. I think they could have kindly explained better what was going on.

I really think the DMV needs a complete work over designed with customer satisfaction at the forefront of said makeover. Maybe they could walk into the Kwik Trip across the street for a quick pointer. Came in for a simple address change, two people working and a single person in the entire place and there is about 50 handwritten signs all over the place one of which saying they have reached their max for among other things, address changes. What a joke. Simple process constantly made terrible by complete mismanagement.

"SHORT STAFFED" SO THE PEOPLE STANDING AROUND CANT RENEW YOUR LICENSE THEY ARE ONLY DOING DRIVERS TESTS AND DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DO THEIR JOBS AGAIN

Not many people there today, but only one window open. Difficult to get to due to road construction also.
