We hired this company to help us with a business website and within the first three months we were nearly invisible on the web. Worst rankings we have ever had and owner was completely unaware. Once we terminated services, she continued to charge us. Look elsewhere, this company is bad news.

okay for a non-techno dude....Downtown Design is amazing. They are friendly and clearly have a vested interest in hearing with accuracy and boy can you tell...when they listen and are asking questions, how they ask them makes me feel so understood and taken care of!! They are currently building my website and I am so excited....they have already shown me and created things that I only dreamt of having... They will be maintaining and keeping the website managed for years to come and I am thrilled. I highly recommend them and all they offer. Their pricing is very well balanced and I was happy to add their suggestions for the prices they quoted after looking at competitive pricing and seeing that they were slightly lower for the services they offer.
