Ooh, don't bother calling this place to see if your car has been towed there. The guy at 6:50 in the morning needs to go back to sleep and get some more rest. He refused to help me check if my vehicle was there.

Guy was an hour and a half late, and showed up without saying anything at all. On top of minimal and unprofessional communication, he charged 50$ for winching. He also was rough with my vehicle during the towing process. He was on the phone while driving the tow truck. Overall, very poor experience

A few days ago I had a vehicle with a no start condition after work. Tried a few things to get it going, no luck. Called one company that was listed on a repair facility website. This was around 8pm. They said they could get someone out next morning around 10am. Not a big deal, wasn't in the road or anything. Then I remembered Scott at First Choice. Sent him a message of my situation. He had a driver there in less than 10 minutes. Certainly keeping these guys on the first to call list!

Great Service! My car stopped working so i need a towed. Most towing Company around that area are always busy but they we're Quick to respond. Prices we're reasonable.

If I could, I would give First Choice 10 stars! The price ccouldn't be beat. Very reasonable. And the service was stellar! When I called for the tow, the guy was apologetic that it was going to be an hour wait for a tow. We're in Minnesota and in a wind chill advisory. EVERYONE needs a tow right now. I knew that and really expected to have to wait a very long time for a tow. And to think this man was apologizing for a one hour wait. :-) And then the shocker... No sooner did I hang up and the tow was there wihin ten minutes of the phone call. WOW!!! The driver's name was Jon. He was sympathetic and kind. I drove with him to the servicing center. He did a great job putting me at ease. This isn't only the First Choice; It's the only choice.

Very patient professional and know what they're doing and also gave one of our passengers a warm blanket and another one a bottle water.Would not choose any other company it was my choice!!
