I love Jenny! I love Jenny‘s shop, too! I so miss her. She’s the sweetest, funniest lady ever. I miss talking with her and I miss hanging out at her shop. Also, she does such a beautiful job! Great customer service;they are so friendly and they do amazing work! They fixed a chip in my nail polish (due to my own fault) free of charge. They are detail oriented and always deal with my special requests with patience.

Never again .. I came to get my nails and toes done not even a week later or I should say 3 days later my nails came off . They can be sweet and nice but when your work don’t match … I’m upset I spent 120 on feet nd nails and and got gel and it began to pop off while I was in the shower like ugh’ I hate doing bad reviews but this needed to be known and when she did my feet she used dish soap and less cleaning scrubbing and more massaging like I’m cool on this place.

the services are poor, and if you ask them to repair something you don't like, they start talking to each other in another language... it always seems like they're talking about you, they're rude and don't know how to express themselves, it's hard to understand... they ask as long as you pay in cash and they don't give you a receipt.Service: Manicures

I called on a Monday to see if they would have time on a Saturday morning to do 5 pedicures for myself and my sisters for a wedding. Expecting no availability because it seems like all the places by me are low staff and can not accommodate that many pedicures with short notice. They said yes yes come in. We sprang a surprise and added one more pedicure and a full set of acrylics. We received the best care. Lots of laughs and felt like we were their top priority! My sister and I had our little babies and felt it was clean enough to let them crawl on the floor. The techs would laugh and try to make them happy when one would fuss. Now honestly the best part of all was the prices! Where we are from I can't walk out with out spending under $80 on a pedicure...I paid for 2 pedicures and gel polish on my hands and it was $85!! So worth it! Yes they didn't do manicure with the polish on but it's typical to not have that done as then the polish won't stick. I definitely recommend Instyle!!Services: Gel manicure
