Andy went above and beyond , finding our truck with the options we wanted. No pressure sale low key. Which I liked. Josh offered a fair trade in price and we made a deal that I left feeling good about. Andy took the time to go over all the new bells and whistles and made sure I understood, which wasn't easy. Recommend Andy and Mauer Chev if you are in the market for vehicle.

Kyle was great took care of me and was very Professional! Didn't make me feel rushed took his time talked about the vehicle and the options it had. VERY PLEASED!! MEGAN was an absolute best she took care of me when I got a door ding within 2 days of owning it. She is great and I really appreciate what she did for me. Had my truck in reluctantly after receiving sub par service back when it was just main motors. Glad I gave them a second chance. Travis was a joy to work with! I have never had such an easy shop visit. I will definitely be back for my future needs!

Very happy with the work done on my car, large amount of damage of the front frame and under the car. Very few phone calls needed back and for with Mauer's repair shop, work done timely as it could have been, no time delays on the shops side, my car looks beautiful again and cleaned up when returned. Shop workers all clean and professional, and the shop is very clean. I will use Mauer Chevy again whether it's for repairs to a car or a purchase of a new car.

I had an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation for 4:30pm and at 5:30pm my advisor came out to let me know that he was overbooked for the day and only had one person to do oil changes and he was just starting on my vehicle. So 2 hours later my oil change was completed and when I asked my advisor for a discount for my inconvenience he said he could not do that he did not have any discount coupons and would need a managers approval to take care of it and his manager was gone for the day. But he did tell me that the next time I come in for a oil change to hit him up for one. I have been a customer of Main Motors for 40 years and since Mauer has taken over the service just is not the same!

We bought a Chevy Tahoe recently from Mauer Main in Anoka and I'll have to say, it was the best experience we've had working with a car salesmen and other staff at a car dealership. We were trying to decide between two different used Tahoe's, one from Mauer and one from a different dealership. We ended up purchasing the Tahoe at Mauer Main, and a one of the main reasons was simply because of the kindness, respect, and honesty that was shown from our sales guy, Andy. Kindness goes a LONG way and we absolutely love our new family vehicle! Thank you Andy and everyone at Mauer Main!
