Good store for cheaper kids clothes/toys. Their staff is good to work with as well, highly recommend this location. Props to the manager for keeping good team members

drove 45 mins one way to sell some clothing I had. 5 boxes full of gently used clothing. everything was neatly stacked inside boxes. had things priced for garage sale I had so remainder of they wouldn't take because it had a small dime size garage sale sticker on them. few outfits I had pinned together (small pins), wouldn't take them cause clothes now have holes. pins aren't any bigger than the price tags they put holes into clothes...im rethinking of even buying here again. none of my clothes I brought in had stains, rips, tears. looked practically new

If I could give one star I would.
Staff made me set up everything then the second I walked out of the store sent me a message saying the stuff was done.
They said they won’t take the equipment because they don’t accept them. They could have saved me the time and hassle and told me the second I came in. They all sat and stared as I tried to put things together for them.
Don’t to mention the few clothes items I looked at had horrible stains.

The store is very well organized however their pricing is extremely inflated. They say they price 50 - 70% off retail which is incorrect. I can buy new target or Walmart clothes for cheaper at the actual store and those are brand new items!!! This store sells USED clothing, I think it needs to be reminded of that and correct it’s pricing structure.
*editing because I don’t want to add another review. To respond to the below comment from the store owner, I can get Walmart clothes brand new at Walmart for 3.98-2.98, well below 4.50. I can purchase target clothes brand new for 6.00, which is not quite a 30% discount.

This place really is a hit or miss. I took a huge bag of nice, no stains or holes, name brand clothes to sell & they gave me $2.35! For that I will take my item back. What are the protocols in selling items? I had good girl clothes & they didn’t take anything. Never sell here again to have my items be sold 2-5x then what they take for it . What a scam

This place is a rip off. If you want to get more money out of clothes and shoes when it comes time to sell, I would suggest selling online. I brought in shoes and winter boots to sell and they only offered $6.50 for a pair of shoes and winter boots. When I was looking at the clothes alot of them were stained up and honestly pricey for them having stains.

Good prices but shopping is a little uncomfortable due to overcrowded racks... and forget the shoes - thrown in boxes and usually mixed up sizes... rather frustrating. But if you have the time and patience there are a lot of great finds at great prices!!!

I went in to drop off clothes today and the staff person working there acted like I was bothering them. You're in the business of buying and selling and yet, you're annoyed when I come in to sell items? If you don't like your job, quit.

Great experience buying and selling here. Much better than other locations I’ve been to. I come here at least once a month for the past year. I think they do a great job running their business, not sure what these 1-star reviews are about? This is one of my go-to locations.

Don't waste time bringing anything, they won't look through all of it anyways and despite the check in info portal they use so you can keep track of when they apparently finish going through items you are selling, they do not donate anything left behind. They toss them.
