every other machine is out of order, none of them take debit card, they take a laundry card but there’s no machine to buy one, the coin machine only takes cash, and there’s no ATM on site.

It has been a long time since I have used a laundromat. I choose a machine that says it costs $4.50. I get charged $8.00 immediately. What in the world is going on? I would like a refund. I did fill out a machine problem card and left it on machine #8. Dishonesty is not great customer service! Feeling frustrated in Anoka.
