“I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.
When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.
Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.”

“Just as my wife was about to travel 6 hours, she notified me that her tire pressure signal is on. When we added air nearby, I found a nail in her tire. It’s 6:22pm and Discount Tire is closed but we didn’t know that and drove over to find them closing up shop. Thomas asked what the problem was, took a look, and said no problem they’ll do it right now! By the way, patching a tire is free……..Above and beyond - they will take care of you here!!!”

“While I didn’t have my car inspected or repaired by Journey, my experience with them was great. I stopped my car (VW GTI MK6) there overnight due to significant complications with the DSG transmission. In the morning they called me and helped me decide how to move forward, which was with a specialty shop regardless of their ability to inspect and repair drivetrains and transmissions. Initially they gave me the option of inspection, but then informed me that the cost could be significant due to the special tools and parts required for them to inspect and/or repair a European car. Many shops would take advantage of a costumer who has a large mechanical complication or a more complicated vehicle repair, but they were forward and honesty about the potential cost and their mechanical expertise. That takes integrity and is a great thing to see in mechanics. I would suggest them if you need help mechanically, regardless of using them during this experience.”

“Here's what I didn't know about Costco Pharmacy: you don't have to be a member to the warehouse & online services! You can use Good Rx at Costco, but the membership price might* be better. I had to ask for the prescriptions that I had filled here-both were less expensive than Good Rx or my insurance (news to me!). You DO have to inform the cashier that you are a member & have them scan your card. It was well worth it to me to drive a little further & reap the substantial savings.While I was checking out, the next customer was buying dog & cat medicine for his pets! Plus, you can always stop at the snack spot on the way out & have a frozen treat!”

“Costco is a place to go for organic food product. I noticed the difference after becoming a Sam's Club member too. You have a staff member who check their membership upon entry. I wish Costco had a scan and go option on their app. Depending on the time and day, their check out lane may be long. The retail cost on the product between Sam's and Costco are exact - maybe off by 2-3 pennies. On days when I go, the place seems cleaned. The staff is mostly friendly. I felt pressured once to upgrade my membership to executive because I spent over $300 within that day to date. Overall, it is a good place to go to purchase items in bulk like paper towels, toilet paper, pop, etc. As a family of 2, we don't need a lot from Costco.”
“Great emergency service from this location. Initial issue was a blown tire with a later complication of a damaged rim. Prompt service, great communication and a manager that went the extra mile to explain all the issues and find us a new rim. He kept us in the loop as to when our car would be ready and advised the car would stay parked in the shop overnight. Other employees were cheerful and helpful.”
