Jason did an awesome professional job. He did a difficult job no one else wanted to do and it only took him a couple of hours. The repair of the flagpole was around 300' in the air.

This review is long overdue. Last summer Jason at TC Flag Source provided me a quote for a flag pole instillation. Jason was responsive and set clear expectations though out the purchase process. The flag pole is excellent, as I allowed Jason to select the pole he felt would be appropriate for my home. We elected to include a solar light, and also included flag clip silencers to prevent from "clanging" against the pole from the clips. Other flag poles I've seen in the neighborhood simply don't compare when taking into account fit and finish. I purchased a few flags as well. Perhaps my favorite part of my customer experience, has been the Half-Staff notification email's Jason will send out when there are instanced of Federal and State Half-Staff alerts. Kudos to Jason and TC Flag Source, for the fantastic instillation and continued follow-up. Neighbors have literally asked where I purchased the flag pole.
