Had a USBank debit card and inside the teller was unable to get me cash as she wasn't "allowed" to use my pin, have had nothing but trouble with this debit card since it was issued. But they charged me 4 dollars to use there ATM !!

The only ATM at this location is in tbe main drive up window lane so it is impossible to use unless.you sit and wait forever in the line , this is now the only US bank location in anoka, this is beyond annoying and ridiculous!

This locations service has been declining for slowly for the last year ' I looked at it as back lash from COVID but now today I went in and it was like a line out the door while nobody is working.

Slow service. Took like 20 minutes. Had to pay $7 to cash a check through an employer. One lady had an attitude and hugged n puffed when she had to help someone at the drive through

Had a meeting scheduled to open 2 checking accounts. Received 4 text reminders, 1 email reminder. Went to bank doors locked (yes it was snowing). Never received any notification that appointment was cancelled. Tried calling branch, cant even leave voicemail. Called main USBank customer service for a number, they gave me a number for the closed branch in Anoka. Tried calling the next day and nobody answers again...DONE WITH USBANK, horrible customer service.. TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BEING CLOSED DUE TO WEATHER, NO NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION….mind you I received 4 text reminders the day before, and an email reminder on the day of.

I opened an account here in 2019 to use to cash US savings bonds because the only bank I used is a credit union and I was under the impression they could not cash EE Bonds. I left a lot of money there drawing almost no interest and within a few months they closed the branch I preferred. Then as others have stated I endured lines that were long as could be and only one employee able to service customers and often left without my business completed. Well today they topped it off by refusing to cash a US savings bond for me, well happy day! I closed my account and wont care when they go out of business. This company could care less about its customers and I am glad to not be one of them. I could get better service from a loan shark. Did I have to give that star? BTW my credit union cashed the bond for me and the problem is solved...adios US BANK
