There is one woman who works here who is consistantly rude. On several ocassions I have been treated disrespectfully over filling my perscriptions. I do not understand why she works in this position if she is so awful pissed off at life constantly.
She challenged me on filling a rx and argued about how much I was taking. She has also told me I have extra of a medication that I am out of and although another worker told me what to have my dr. Do to fill my rx, she angrily told me I am wrong.
Why? It's already hard enough to be on regular medications, the side effects, the money, the stigma, and to have a pharmacy rep treat me with such disrespect is just really sad and hurtful.

I am unsure if there was a staff turnover at the pharmacy but up until today, the pharmacists had been helpful and very informative. Called in today for clarification on a medication, pharmacist was rude, tried to rush me off the phone and gave little to no effort to look up my information. He had outdated information that other pharmacists in the past were able to search the system to find the correct/updated set. He said he would contact me once the prescription was ready which I highly doubt. Perhaps this was a one off, but definitely did not experience this the last 4 years we've been going there.

Dear Walgreens, I wanted to share my recent experience at your pharmacy. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the lady at the window seemed rude and impatient. As she explained my insurance issue, her tone and demeanor were unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service is an essential part of any business, and it's important for customers to feel respected and valued. I switched to this Walgreens a few weeks ago and the service was great along with the pharmacist. Tonight, however, was not. I had two things sent over from Urgent Care to pick up right away. They were filled, so I went to the drive Thru. There was a younger woman inside with red hair who I could see had no other customers. She was looking at papers and making copies for about 5 whole minutes while I waited in the drive thru with 3 other cars behind me. I thought maybe she didn’t see me in the drive thru so I pressed the “call” button. She picks up the phone and briefly says “welcome to Walgreens, we’ll be with you when we can.” And hangs up. Not to mention she said it with an attitude. I’m a huge customer service person. Worked it for years. I’ve even worked as a pharmacy technician myself so I know that the job is stressful and not enjoyable. But with working in those positions, I know that there are respectful ways to treat customers and disrespectful ways. This woman could have acted differently. She could have at least acknowledged me in the drive thru before I felt the need to press the call button. She could also present herself with a better attitude. As a pharmacy tech, your customers are always first priority. You don’t do side work while you have customers waiting in line. I ended up driving away without even getting my prescriptions. I didn’t have time to wait in line for 10 minutes while she was doing paperwork. I’ve had great experience with the pharmacist here but I hope they can get better technicians. Customer service isn’t for everyone.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been using this Walgreens for years and every single time I’ve gone the pharm techs are disgustingly rude. I don’t understand how they haven’t been fired or how this location is still in business. Yuck.

I used walgreens 10 years ago, then switched to Walmart. Never during the 10 years I have had any rude customer service. I decided to switch my prescription to walgreens at Ferry just because my elderly mother use it for the drive thru option. Went to day for the first time o switched my sprescription to the ferry street, the farmacu technician was very unprofessional, and told me that she is supposed to be off one minute ago, and she was not able to filled my prescription, then she said if you want to wait 45 minutes I can do that, after I complained to her about her customer service. I agreed to wait then whe. I am back to the pharmacy after 45 minutes guess what , the other lady at the pharmacy told me they do not have my medication witch is just an allergy medication, that they could just grab from over-the-counter counter and used it , or she could just call my name in the speaker after she found out that they were out. All of them were unprofessional including the pharmacist she was standing their the hall time. I am for sure going back to Walmart.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is for the "lovley' pharmacy staff. I don't know who you raised you hyenas, but ishhh. I finally decided to switch pharmacys. I would not trust these dust buckets with my grandmother or anyone I love. They will avoid doing their job at all costs. On one occasion they tried to make me do their job with insurance and I found that out when I spoke with the insurance company that they infact were just being lazy. then when they finally decided to do said job this goof troop expected a thank you from me. Lmaooo gtfoh! And they can't help but ask the dumbest questions that have nothing to do with why I am calling. These grotesque creatures should be fired or maybe go find a job that suites you and your disgusting thought process.

Changing it to 1 star from 5. I had great service from this pharmacy for the last 6 years. They have now decided to play doctor and overrule my doctors own notes and prescriptions to say when I am allowed to refill my prescription. A week of withdrawals from the medication means nothing to them. Not sure if they changed their pharmacy manager or what but if a doctor says to fill it and insurance says it's fine, just fill it. Doesn't really matter what the reviews are because people go where it's convenient. However, I will now go out of my way to not go here. Too bad because most of the staff are alright.
