This was the worst experience in my 20 years coming here – I walked out with visible bruises from the tech’s rough handling and a terrible French polish that looked nothing like I asked for,
I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 20 years, but after my recent experience, I am beyond shocked and disappointed. During a simple French polish change, the nail technician applied such extreme pressure on my foot that I left with visible bruises and a red mark (proof is on my foot!). It felt like physical abuse, not a relaxing service. The French polish she did was nothing like what I requested, and I had to constantly correct her sloppy work. To top it off, I was charged $40 for this terrible and painful service!

I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years, but ever since Mary and T took over, the prices have skyrocketed and the service has gone downhill. I spent 3 hours here for a simple French polish change, and the result was awful. Emily’s work was sloppy and crooked, and instead of fixing it, she blamed my “crooked toes” — unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Mary did her best to fix it, but I was still charged $40 for this mess. After two decades of loyalty, I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning.

Went in for a pedicure today the technician was preoccupied with her kids she had at work with her. Constantly communicating with them which was very annoying. She put zero effort into the leg message.. very dissatisfied with her performance!!

Husband and I went in for pedicures and had the best service. Such great attention to detail and felt like a valued customer and not like they were rushing.

This was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I am a nail tech myself and they did an amazing job. I asked a lot of questions and they were very helpful and sweet. They were super gently with my toes. Best experience by far !!!!

Great prices fit my partner and myself in for pedicures when they had a wedding party booked. I am also prone to ingrown and they were amazing getting that cleaned out. Will go there again and again.

Went in for a full set and was told they didn't have time to do it...she didn't ask me if I wanted to come a different time or a different day just we don't have time to do it...very rude and unprofessional!
