We purchased a Jeep Rubicon from here a couple months ago and we were very pleased with the transaction. Our salesperson was Kaeli Halverson. We found her to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. She took time going over all the details of the sale with us. We found her to be very pleasant and easy to work with. We would highly recommend her.

In all the years I have been having my cars service at garages, this was the BEST service I've EVER had! I've NEVER, EVER had a service tech send me at detailed, item by item, step by step break down of what they were looking at, and what he recommends! I have wanted this this FOREVER! Thank you!

Honestly so far I love the ram 1500 I bought. I am a little upset/frustrated because I’m pretty sure it’s having torque converter issues. Which apparently the tech’s didn’t notice in their inspection? Feel like that’s something that should have been disclosed. Obviously I didn’t notice this during the test drive so I am ultimately to blame but would have been very helpful to be made aware of it from the get go. Non the less. Was an excellent experience having Tyler Forga as my salesman and cannot thank him enough for the help.

My daughter bought a used car (a Honda) from this dealer on August 4. It was a cash sale, no trade in, no extended warranty purchased. We found the car online and as it met her needs, the sale was very fast and straightforward.
At the time of the purchase, Matt (salesperson) told us that the spare key fob was at another dealership and he would have it mailed to us.
It is now more than 3 months later, and after several phone calls and text messages, she still does not have the spare key fob. There have been many assurances from Matt that he would follow up, but there is still no spare fob.
Did every pretense of customer service end the moment the car was sold? Likely this was a very low profit sale (as car sales go). Has this justified complete lack of follow through?

Went in to get my oil leak fixed. They discovered it was the oil separator and purge valve. Very expensive job but totally necessary. Ross S, service manager was great to work with. Helped me navigate the process of getting everything fixed and got a mgr to give me a little bit off which I sincerely appreciate! Car works great now!

I bought new tires at Apple Ford and had them install the set on my truck as well as an alignment. The cashier was extremely polite and helped out with discounts they were offering and found deals I didn’t even know about! I was blown away!
