THE WORST LOCATION. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER (WHO REFUSES TO GIVE HIS NAME) NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I HAD A RETURN WITH NO RECEIPT. NOAH, WHO LOOKED LIKED HE'D BEEN SMOKING WEED ALL NIGHT) SAID NO. SAID THERE'S NO WAY TO LOOK UP THE TRANSACTION. SAID MAYBE A MANAGER COULD AND I TOLD HIM TO HAVE THE MANAGER CALL ME. NO CALL THE NEXT DAY. I CALLED. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ANSWERED. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION AND IN THE MIDDLE OF TALKING HE INTERRUPTED ME. I THEN CONTINUED TO TRY AND KEEP TALKING. HE CONTINUOSLY INTERRUPTED ME. HE SAID THERE'S NO WAY TO LOOK UP A RECEIPT AND THEY DO NOT TRACK DEBIT CARD SALES. TOLD ME THAT OVER AND OVER AS I WAS TRYING TO SPEAK. THE STATED I WAS YELLING AT HIM AND HE IS REFUSING ME SERVICE. I TRIED EXPLAINING THAT I WAS JUST TRYING TO TALK AND THAT HE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME. THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM A MANAGER AT ANY LEVEL!!! I CALLED THE BURNSVILLE STORE AND THE STORE MANAGER WAS AMAZING. STATED, YES THERE IS A WAY TO LOOK UP THE RECEIPTS. SIMPLE AS THAT. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ESP IF THE NAMELESS ASSISTANT MANAGER OR NOAH ARE WORKING.

The "Experts" working there are barely competent. Went in Tuesday morning for a spark plug. Man at counter says "Can't find this one. Sorry". A Champion Plug & he couldn't find it in the 6 seconds he spent on the computer. I grab my phone, do a Google search & come up with an NGK equivalent. He disappears for a few minutes and comes back with the plug, saying "Gee I hope this one fits". ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! ZERO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE! ZERO REPEAT CUSTOMER NOW!! Don't waste a second of your time in this AUTOZONE.

I stopped at the AutoZone there and I picked up a air blend actuator and I was given the wrong one they ordered me one and they were going to call me so I end up having to call them to see if it was in yet that's all I got to say I only gave them a two star

Awful and terrible place
I came in and nobody said “” we will be with you in a minute “”” or something they just ignore me til finally could attended me

Had an engine light come on my dashboard today out of nowhere. Miles was very helpful in reading the code, and advising me how serious the problem that tripped the light was. Excellent and friendly service.

I showed up to the apple valley autozone an hour early on fathers day(a sunday) and Matt O'Brian opened the doors early and help me with all the parts need I needed to get my truck fixed. He was very kind and knowledgeable on the parts I needed.

I will not recommend you to buy battery here, I ordered a battery online at this special store, I paid $20 for core fee, after 12 months I came with the old battery to get my $10 core fee they totally refuse and force store gift card to me, which I denied and left the battery and recite with them. T.M.H. Will deal with you. I'm disappointed with autozone and I hope I don't never have to shop at Autozone.

I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO!! They sold me the wrong rotor and brake kit! I told him my car information and he still sold it to me! When I tried to get a discount or a return they said they can do 10%! So there shipping company messed it up and they couldn’t do anything about it and I had to spend another $400 for there mess up! I will never come back here ever ever again! They were just looking at me so confused and scared for there mistake! This is ridiculous don’t work at an auto place if you are going to give me the wrong parts! ??? this is the kit that was for my car and they gave me the wrong ones! I guess this is what I get for trying to get a good deal.
