“Amazing customer service from start to finish. John was amazing to work with, even after having a sizing hiccup with bike purchased ( I am between sizes and felt the size I purchased was just a bit small) They honored the 30 day bike guarantee and got me into the right bike with no questions asked. The whole process was seamless and very fair. I cannot recommend this shop enough and found the staff friendly, helpful, and a breath of fresh air in a world where great customer service is harder and harder to find. Thank you Freewheel!”
“Tony was great. We visited to check out a Urtopia Joy Carbon electric bike. Tony reviewed all the features of the bike with us, contrasted features and design choices with other models, went over available accessories, set us up for a test ride, and sold us on two bikes. My wife had a blast zipping around the building and loved the ride. We are retired, achy, and are excited about resuming bike riding to increase our activity for our health. A really good electric bike shop. Highly recommended.”
“Justin at Freewheel Bike in Eagan was very experienced and helpful in helping me choose my first Fat Bike and getting it accessorized for the winter trails.
I absolutely love my new Trek Farley 5! So glad I opted to go with the studded tires as the trails yesterday in Lebanon were glare ice! Also glad I opted for the 45NRTH Cobrafist pogies and went with Justin’s recommendation of the Fat Paw hand grips for added warmth and comfort.
This was my first time visiting a Freewheel Bike shop. I really liked all the New Bike Benefits you get when you purchase your bike with them, including their Freewheel Fanatics program.
Great bike shop! I highly recommend you go see Justin for your next bike!”
“The store manager at the Eagan store was very friendly and professional. I was not pressured into buying the more expensive options. I will continue to do all of my bike related shopping at the Eagan store.”
“Fast and excellent service. Ford was willing to go above and beyond and help me get my bike into my car do to an arm injury I have. Couldn't ask for better service. 5 stars!”

“Amazing experience, great customer service and very knowledgeable. Great pricing on getting my older bike that was very neglected tuned up. Will definitely come back for any future needs.”
