Went out of my way to drive to this location to close my account, as I am no longer near any branches. The banker was friendly and I thought things were resolved. I get home to find both my accounts overdrawn by less than a dollar. When I called the BMO number, they essentially told me there was an error with how much money I was given. From what I understand, this may prevent the account from being closed. I would not recommend BMO in general due to numerous other similar issues.

I love the Apple Valley location. There is an amazing blonde woman who is so personable and charismatic to our whole family and it’s such a pleasure. The other staff there as well are so friendly and kind. I have had bad experiences at the Roseville location but only use that one when I’m back at school. The Apple valley one truly does everything I need and more. It is my home location and I am so blessed with the amazing staff who is employed there. I sometimes have difficult requests and they make all accommodation to make sure I’m beyond satisfied. 10/10 bank crew!!!!

I you want access to ur money don’t use this bank. All employees are good but bank is worst. Deposit my check and the put is on hold with out letting me know for 10 days my bills don’t wait for 10 days. They will charge latte fee will you pay for it. Work for 2 weeks get the check and know wait 10 more days. If it was thousands of dollars I would understand. They want to check if founds available. After this check clears I will be closing my account I already make appointments to go to different bank.

Bad service, manger has no idea what she is doing. Ran my credit report and put a hard pull on it then told me it was locked . I have 5 accounts business and personal, removing all my funds and going elsewhere to bank

Been with BMO since Marshall & Isley and it’s been downhill ever since. Used to have bankers that cared about their customers, but not anymore. They’re like any other big bank except way less convenient. I can never make deposits because I work “banker’s hours,” and their atm is always having issues. Nearest branches are all at least 15min away by car. Can’t wait to close my accounts and go elsewhere.

I was at this branch today; I have the same “car loan paid off” letter from this same branch, which I got yesterday from another banked. I was told from the other gov office that this same letter need to be notarized; I talked to this “banker” in the office about the need to notarize the letter; he said “I need to talk to the management”. This is the bank I got the loan from, this very branch is where I got the “paid off” letter yesterday; and “management meeting is required” to notarize the same letter?

Had problems with my account And not understanding pending processes over the weekend and when they would go through. Called Beth at apple valley Bmo Harris Bank And she explained the process to me over the phone but also directed me to my phone for online banking and walked me through the app so I could find Out where to see the progress notes and when things are pending and not pending.Very good people skills very good patience. We waited in line on Saturday, since 11:56 a.m. to make a payment, as we pulled up to the drive thru lanes, we noticed all of the tubes had been pulled up. Their was a vehicle ahead of us talking to the person working drive thru. We requested to receive a tube because we noticed they were all pulled up and not available - this was all right before noon.Once the lady working drive thru completed the other vehicle's transaction, she got on the speaker and told us they closed at 12:00 p.m. - when we looked at the clock, it read 12:01 p.m.She then referred us to using the night drop and rejected taking our payment. I have never seen a bank do this to a customer they saw sitting and waiting in line, before closing.My question is - How do you have hours of operation from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays if your staff is not even keeping your drive thru open until 12:00 p.m. (because they pulled the tubes up before closing,) and refusing to help any clients that patiently wait in line before closing to be serviced?Horrible customer service.

Best bank ever... The staff are awesome and the manager Alex goes above and beyond. I switched both my business and personal accounts from Wells Fargo to BMO and it was absolutely a great decision.... I recommend BMO (especially the Apple Valley location!) :)

I went to BMO Harris to cash a check. I do not have an account there, but the person who wrote the check does. They charged me $10 to cash the check there. What a rip off! The check was from THAT bank, but yet they charged me to cash it. I will NEVER open an account there and I will certainly advise others against it too. RIPOFF!
